In my humble assessment, Clayton and Quinn were impressively efficient, knowledgeable, extremely personable, gracious and patient with my questions. Their availability and promptness to my urgent need for replacement of my malfunctioning furnace changed a potential disaster (in bitter cold weather) into a stressless situation for me. Erick from Dunco came out and cleaned our minisplit system and diagnosed a problem that 2 other HVAC companies couldn’t figure out. Then he and another excellent tech came out a final time and fixed the issue. We couldn’t be happier and will use Dunco from now on for any HVAC issues we have. Our A/C unit was not working correctly on a Friday afternoon after another company refused to come back out after previously working on it. I called Dunco Heating and Air. They came out that same day and told me that it was my fan motor. They ordered the part, it came on Wednesday morning and by Wednesday afternoon, Alexis had it installed and we had our A/C back. Dunco Heating and Air will be my go to company from now on. Thank you!!!

Furnace went out at 9pm, came over very quickly to assess the problem, did the inspection and recommend to get a new furnace as the old one had cracked. Got a new one installed the very next morning pricing was nice and install was a breeze. Company has checked up with me after install and showed they truly care about the customer 10/10 would recommend

Clayton is a very professional and personable technician arriving on time to install our new humidifier. The installation was done with great expertise and attention to detail while running the wiring, water drain line, and mounting of the unit. He explained how to operate the system and answered all my questions. It was a pleasure having him perform the service and I will use and recommend Dunco services in the future to our friends. Thanks also to Joe for his professionalism when he first came to the house to assess the furnace and bid the job.
