Our installer was a young man named Clayton. He was prompt in arriving, he was knowledgeable, he did excellent work installing our thermostat, furnace and air conditioner units, and was pleasant to work with. Afterwards, I had asked to give me instructions on how to clean and maintain our new HVAC. He was wonderful with the explanations and took the time to be thorough. I greatly appreciated this. Clayton is a valuable member of Dunco.

I had never used them before until this year and I am super pleased. The ladies picking up the phone are always friendly and helpful. As someone who works in customer service this meant a lot to me. I scheduled a tune up on my AC unit I knew it was very old and I had not been moved in for even two years. Jason came out went over things in detail with me and in terms I could understand...ultimately I decided to replace the entire unit. The next week Phil and Evan came out to install. Talk about friendly and knowledgeable guys!!! I could not have asked to have better people in my home! I’m super excited about the new heating and air system in my home. My only suggestion would be to confirm or email reminders about appointments. I have really liked working with this company and hope to continue enjoying them in the future. Special thanks to Phil and Evan for being so good with my canine child and cats while they were here doing install!

Cody was extremely helpful and friendly and came to do winter maintenance. He patiently answered 1000 questions and made several good suggestions for identifying an odd sound. Nice to get such honest, pleasant AND professional service. Recently switched companies and so far am very pleased with Dunco. The person who answers main phone is always helpful and friendly as well.

Ashton was very courteous and professional. He answered all my questions and didn’t seem to mind that I hung out with him while he performed the inspection of my furnace. As a first time home owner it was very reassuring. Just from this visit I would recommend Dunco to friends and family and would also tell them to ask for Ashton.

I'm a first time customer and was very disappointed with the way the situation was handled. I needed to get my furnace checked as it was blowing cold air. The tech came and told me it wasn't working due to the pilot light being out and that the filter needed changed. Which is all fine and good. He was very pleasant and got things done quick. Showed me how to check the pilot light.

So the next day when we turned on the heat, it was working for 20 minutes then turned to cold air again. This time, I checked the pilot light and it was still on. I called Dunco again and at first they told me they would send someone out that day at no cost since the tech came out only 2 days so. Then I got a call back not 5 minutes later saying that "Actually according to the invoice, you declined to have the unit clean/repaired so it wouldn't fall under the 30 days. So if we send someone out there, you'll have to pay the diagnostic cost again".

I tried to explain to the front desk lady that the tech NEVER told the reason why it was not working was because it was "dirty". The tech told me was that the problem was the pilot light and filters which he changed. Then he said "it's also very dirty and I could pull it out and clean it for you. Run you a couple hundred". Then I asked him if at this point, would everything still work the way it is? If we can just clean it up ourselves and he said it should be okay. But the phone lady kept repeating over and over "no m'am, we have exactly on the invoice that you declined to clean the blower wheel". He never even said the word blower wheel to me so that was news to me. All that tech had to do was tell me this needs to get fixed otherwise your heat won't run. Then I would have gladly paid him the whatever hundreds to fix/clean it. But of course he spent maybe less than 10 minutes doing the diagnosing so I have no idea what is truly wrong. Getting a second opinion with someone else.

EDIT: Received call from the owner apologizing about how things were handled and that it shouldn't have happened. Had the service manager come out to look at the furnace again without the diagnostic fee. He was very helpful and did an exam then explained things and gave us tips on what to do next. Gladly paid for the cleaning afterwards. Very glad this got resolved.

Thank you Dunco for coming out and replacing my A/C. Tyler and Quinton did an amazing job and everything looks perfect. You can tell they take pride in the work they do. The quality of job is much better then what was there before.

I want to also thank Joe for coming out and giving me good advice on the type of equipment I would need to properly cool and dehumidify the house.

I also had the Pleasure of speaking with another one of there technicians Julio. He advised me on the installation process, told me how great of a crew they have, informed me of the great warranty and made me feel good about my decision to choose Dunco.
