On a day predicted to be 107 degrees, my elderly mother's air conditioning stopped working. She is on oxygen at home. Dunco was out within two hours and had her fixed up on a Saturday afternoon. Thank you for being so fast, courteous and professional!

Cody arrived promptly and called beforehand. He brought everything he needed to the house as he had to park far away. He asked for my input and started the work. I mentioned a few other items to look at along the way.

Cody addressed all of my concerns and his jobs. He completed the furnace cleaning and AC maintenance within 45 minutes. I trust the employees and have witnessed their quality work and positive attitudes.

After a few years with other providers in town, we're really happy to have switched up to Dunco--they helped us identify some pretty basic ongoing issues that had been making our AC run poorly, and bringing back HVAC crews year after year. We're hopeful that now maybe our units will be able to operate more efficiently and cost effectively for a longer run, and we appreciated that they were able to fit us into their schedule a littler earlier than originally promised, even in the midst of a heat wave. Our technician was extremely helpful and efficient. 10/10, would recommend!

Tyler and Quinn were excellent! They clearly have been doing installations for a while. Both have a wealth of knowledge and experience. When asking questions, they provided thoughtful and truthful answers. Joe was great to deal with in terms of providing a quote and answering questions. I just moved to Lawrence, and wouldn’t you know it, right before the hottest week of the year my AC unit died. Dunco was incredibly responsive, helpful, and compassionate. Even though they’re incredibly busy, they had a technician out within the day to help me sort out my problem, find the new system to fit my needs and budget without trying to upsell me, and schedule the soonest installation they could. Even though they had to initially schedule me five days out, they called me a little later in the day and said they moved some things around and could get to me the next day. The install team, Tyler and Quinn were very friendly, communicative, patient with my two big dogs , and meticulous in installing and explaining my new system to me. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in a stressful situation.
