Dunco Heating & Cooling

Seven years ago we had to replace our entire unit. Steve came out and did such an excellent job we haven't had to worry about it. A few days ago our unit stopped working and I knew just who to call. Normally I'd look for the cheapest and fastest technician but I knew this time I wanted reliable quality and that's Dunco. Jason came out the day after I called and repaired our issue with efficiency. He was so kind at the end of his long week . They are truly experts in their field. We will always call them first. Also, they are not expensive. They did excellent work at a fair price. They are trustworthy and reliable.

Dunco installed new furnace and AC unit for us. They offered me the best price compared to other quotes I got. Tyler and his crew were on time, friendly, and completed the job to my satisfaction. I will be checking in with them for my future HVAC needs.

We have a Preventative Maintenance Plan with Dunco and have had nothing but great service in the 5yrs we’ve been doing business with Dunco. Our AC was out when we woke this morning and it was already hot in our home. Dunco responded right away and had us up and running in no time. Dunco was all around amazing! Our furnace went out on a freezing cold day and we were shivering in our own house - I called them and they sent out a technician within 30 minutes. They were extremely professional, prompt, and did quality work! Would highly recommend!

The guys were great. They arrived exactly when they said they would. They were professional and courteous, making sure to shut the doors completely to keep my cats inside. They worked efficiently and left the rooms exactly the way they found them (no mess). Perfect!

I had a client who needed emergency furnace repair and who was very worried about being taken advantage of. I called Dunco and explained the sensitive situation to Lynn. Lynn assured me that their entire staff was very trustworthy and honest. Their staff went to the home, fixed the furnace for much less than we thought, and treated my client with kindness and respect. My client called later that day, warmer, but crying tears of relief that a company would treat her so well. I truly thank Dunco for this and I will use them for my own repairs from here on out. (I do not remember the name of the staff that went into this home but I am so grateful for them - thank you!)

Dunco is a great company and always does a wonderful job for us on our annual maintenance. Phil and Evan were no exception to the friendly and helpful Dunco employees we’ve seen over the years .They replaced our furnace and a/c efficiently and cleaned up after them selves. You would never be able to tell that they were here except for whisper quiet system they left behind.

Joe from Dunco came to my home for furnace and HVAC quotes for a new system. He not only gave me the cheapest bid for a locally produced system (made in Wichita and supporting local industry), but also was an amazingly friendly, personable, helpful, and accommodating person. He was always able to come same day when I asked. I wanted to do business with Dunco, but unfortunately, the company they use for financing didn't work for my very specific circumstance, and I wasn't able to, through no fault of Joe or Dunco. I ended up having to use a different vendor, but really wish I could have gone with Joe for my system.

I have called Dunco for my HVAC needs at my house and I recommend them to my friends.

Steve and his helper came out to repair our air conditioner. Fortunately it was still under warranty by the manufacturer York. They quickly identified the problem and it turned out to be the circuit board. They had one on their truck and we're able to fix it on the spot at no extra charge. While they were here they did a free maintenance the air conditioning system as well as replacing the filter for the unit for free. I cannot say enough good things about the service is very professional, fast and efficient. Highly recommend!
