Cloud Heating & Air Conditioning

Our 26 year old furnace and A/C was in need of replacement. Dennis was very helpful in determining what equipment would meet our needs. The installation crew of Shawn, Logan and Chris was outstanding. They were professional, friendly and highly competent. They answered every question I asked and even some I didn’t know to ask. I was amazed at their efficiency. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Emilio and Stephen cleaned our ducts. They were friendly, professional and most of all competent. In the process of cleaning the ducts they discovered a previously used “pre-filter” that shouldn’t have been present and had been causing significant air flow problems. Once they removed it, our furnace began working much better. We not only ended up with clean ducts but also a furnace that’s working 100% better. We couldn’t be more pleased.

A while back my furnace kept making noises and stopped blowing. Vince and Logan came out and figured it out so quick. They replaced the blower motor and got it up and running. Both were so professional and answered the million questions my son has as they did it. Vince kept called me ma'am. Definitely will call them for any future HVAC needs.

Trenton came and got us all set for the summer. He was professional, thorough, and on time.
