Advantage Heating and A/C

Our AC went out in mid July!!! Everyone’s worst nightmare BUT Advantage heating and Air conditioning inc saved the day (or night should I say)!!! It was already 10 o’clock at night when I noticed our AC was putting out somewhat warm air and then checked my baby’s monitor that reads room temperature and his room was reading 80 degrees which is waaaay warmer than we keep it at night. So I went ahead and called to at least get us on a wait list. I figured they wouldn’t make it out till the following day but they sent someone our way within 30 minutes of my calling at 10 o’clock at night. Marshall Greve was the name of the gentleman they sent. He fixed us right up and had the AC up and running again within an hour. And as he was finishing up he answered all of our questions and explained everything clearly and gave great recommendations. I can’t thank Advantage and Marshall enough. So grateful it was fixed that night and now we know who to call when it’s time to replace or get any repairs or maintenance done. Highly recommend!!!

Mark is always so helpful. He was very knowledgeable with the use of the humidifier and able to answer our questions.

My A/C went out over Labor Day weekend and I had friends from out of town staying with me. I called the service number and left a message. Beca called me back almost immediately. She got to my house within 30 minutes. She was friendly, professional and kind. Unfortunately I need a new system. She explained everything well and gave me an estimate. Beca also went and got me a portable A/C system to use until the new one can be installed. This way my houseguests and I could be comfortable. Thank you Beca!!!

An update …. Josh and Eric came to my home and installed my new A/C unit. They were both friendly and professional. The quickly installed the unit working as a team. They were great!!!

Although it did cost quite a bit to repair, everything was discussed and tested before replacement. The technician was very personable and made sure I understood what was going on throughout the process. Very much appreciated!

The company office was excellent about communicating when tech might be available and getting tech her sooner. Tech (Beca) was great. Explained everything she was doing. Wore masks as requested. Totally professionally as well as friendly. I now have a new HVAC company

Ryan was a fantastic technician, he really took his time explaining what he was doing to my wife, and gave great advice on AC maintenance . It was crystal clear that he is a very high caliber professional focused on customer service, and went above and beyond his call. I would like to personally commend his professionalism, competence and dilligence.

The service was prompt, timely and done with kindness and professionalism.

I did have a billing issue, that had nothing to do with the technician or his work. I spoke with management about it, and management was fair and professional, and as someone who deals with conflict professionally on a daily basis, his response to my concerns was professional, fair, and above par. I was impressed with their willingness to listen to my concern and address it in a fair and professional manner.

I would say that you see the true character of people at times of conflict and when presented with problems. I am happy to say that this business has surpassed my expectations in their ability to address a difficult customer, (me) and definitely ensured that I was satisfied with the resolution of my issue. My issue was resolved promptly and fairly, and I was left impressed with their conflict resolution skills. I could not have been more impressed.

I would use this business again in the future based on my experience.
