Advantage Heating and A/C

Ryan did an amazing job. I was originally set up for after 5pm, as that was the soonest available. Got a text that Ryan was on the way at 4. Headed that way and when I arrived he was performing routine checks on the A/C unit outside. Diagnosis was quick and efficient. Performed repair in a timely manner and got us operational. Highly recommend!

Mark is always professional and personable. He came within the window of time I expected him, did the checkup, and answered my questions about the humidifier. Very nice guy!

Advantage was quick to respond to my furnace issue making several trips to my house on the same day I called. So far the repair is working.

Our very old AC broke on hottest week of the year. They were booked but offered to come after hours, same day, for a small fee and I agreed. (Others couldn't come until the next week.) They came hours earlier than expected, knew exactly what was wrong within minutes, had the part with them and fixed within 30 minutes. Excellent service! Nice, cool, weekend expected thanks to them.

Update feb 23:
More problems! with the furnace this time! I made the mistake of buying subpar equipment and I’ve paid for it ever since! (Do yourself a favor and spend more upfront on a higher quality unit, spend less later, and save a lot of headaches. Josh Padilla came out and was a freakin rockstar! Got the furnace to work luckily split. Always friendly and on time. One hell of a guy!

Ryan Hamm came out to perform a maintenance checkup for the winter. He arrived and left without me even knowing he was there (a contractor let him in but I wasn’t informed.) when he finished his check he left.. but forgot to attach some hoses that were used in his testing that are vital for the furnace to be able to function. The heat didn’t work as a result and my house got down to 47 degrees(!!!). I called AH&A back and they sent Ryan back again. This time he did introduce himself and then went downstairs and found his mistakes and corrected them. He seemed very friendly and while I’d like to give him 5 stars it was a major oversight and my household practically had icicles hanging off our noses. As a result I can’t give Ryan a 5 star review, although I wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors with the company. As far as advantage is concerned they get SIX stars. Incredible service and they’re often their same day or next day if you have any problems. Couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for my HVAC needs. Ty Advantage!! [3 of 5 stars] -Nov 16 2022

I can’t say enough good things about Mark Crowl. You can tell from the moment you first interact with him that he is a kind, honest and respectful human being. Mark got straight to work, worked hard, and was thorough above and beyond what was was expected to ensure that my air conditioning unit was repaired properly, Including adding insulation that the pervious installer didn’t bother to add himself. Mark thank you from the bottom of my heart for repairing my air conditioning unit. Air conditioning is one of the things that we take for granted until it’s not working the way it should. Mark came out today to check our heating & heat pump installation. As usual, we could not be more pleased with his work. We highly recommend Advantage Heating & Air. We have been customers since 1907.

Marshall and his entire team, from the various individuals who have answered our call so kindly and professionally to the teams that installed several units and now maintain them, have been just perfect for us. Very thankful God brought them into our lives.

Beca is awesome! She fixed the loud noise coming from the duct work, and then proceeded to do the regular maintenance on our furnaces. She has a can-do attitude and is extremely competent at her job. We hope to see her again in the spring for our regular AC check.
