Marshall was able to get over to my house early and was very quick and professional. Both the quality of work and customer service were unparalleled. I would highly recommend calling Advantage for any HVAC needs.

When we had a furnace emergency toward the end of the day after getting home from a long trip, Advantage was the only company that could come out. While not the cheapest, we were impressed with their professionalism and timeliness. We thought it was cool that they text a picture of the technician and let you know when they're on the way. Mark was very empathetic, professional, and was able to get our furnace working without trying to push a new unit on us.

Wow! Super responsive and flexible when I scheduled a repair for a rental property. Arrived as scheduled. They could have easily sold me a bunch of stuff I didn't need - They repaired a minor problem without a bunch of upsell and charged me an extremely reasonable amount for the service call.
