Advantage Heating and A/C

I’ve been with Advantage for almost 20 years. They have always been been extremely helpful, responsible, and on time. I recommend them to anyone. Today our furnace was serviced by Tom and he went above and beyond.

Thomas was very amiable and did a great job of servicing our system. He was very professional and meticulous.

Thomas did an EXCELLENT job. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of the questions i had about my HVAC system, such as maintenance, the best furnace filters, wiring, my smart thermostat and even informed me about a few things i didnt know i needed to know. Again, Thomas didna great job, it was a pleasure meeting him, and i would definitely have him out to my home to adress any HVAC needs i may have in the future

Beca Ralston was fantastic doing our furnace maintenance. She checked everything, gave it a thumbs up, and changed our filter. She even made time to give our 150lb Great Dane some pets. Very nice. Very professional.

Josh was awesome. He arrived less than a half hour after I called, quickly diagnosed a gas leak, and fixed it promptly. Exceptional service.

Marshall did our AC maintenance. He arrived during the scheduled time slot. He was friendly and personable, answered all my questions, and finished the job in a timely manner. Well done!

Full system installation went great but ultimately damaged our thermostat due to unknown wiring incompatibility. They took ownership of the problem and handled a new thermostat install for us without any disagreement on responsibility. I appreciate that kind of service and accountability. I’ll plan to use them in the future. They were also always able to fit us in quickly and on time. Well done.
