Worked with them through my home warranty co. They came out to fix our air conditioner on the Saturday of 4th of July weekend. They were thorough, friendly, and worked to solve the problem quickly and efficiently..Thanks guys!!

Response time is always excellent. Very happy with installation of heater and air conditioning. Would not call anyone else. Felt very comfortable leaving Heath alone in my home while I went to work. Highly recommend!

We were out of town when our furnace went out. We called the HSA and they sent Best Heating and Cooling. They came out that day later in the afternoon and diagnosed the problem (cracked heat exchanger). They said we would need a new furnace and they would send out Garett to go over our options. We came home the next afternoon and the house was 94 deg. We shut off the furnace by the switch since the thermostat was off. I called the number of the technician that serviced us the day before and he gave me the number of the on call tech. The on call tech came in about an hour and found a jumper was still installed and the furnace was continuously running. Garett gave us some great options and payment plans. We chose to upgrade from the HSA warranty furnace and they came to install that week. They were very professional and informative. They installed it but left the old one in the basement with a note on the side that they would call later in the week and come pick it up. Ended up getting a call about paying the invoice and I told them that the old furnace was still in the basement. They came out at the end of the week and took it away. There were a few hiccups along the way with this furnace installation but they got things squared away and to our satisfaction.

Had Best Heating, Cooling and Electric come out to replace an attic fan (via an American Home Shield warranty request). Was charged $125 just to have the "tech" look in the attic and determine he could not get to the unit to fix it. I was charged for 90 minutes of work which also included the tech having a smoke break in his truck prior to starting his "service call". Tech couldn't even close my attic access "door". Too bad I can not attach that picture. I have to pay another $240 for modifications in order for the fan to be replaced. Guess I will go back to Keul Electric Service since they had no problem fixing the attic fan in 2008 and won't be charged an additional $240.

I hand had then out twice to my house once this spring when myAC was not working correctly and they did a job of correcting the issue. They were honest about the problem and the cost to correct it was very reasonable. I then had then out this fall to check and service my furnace and again they were spot on. I would recommend then if you are in need of HVAC service. They are honed and fair and the service personal are very friendly and will explain what the issues are and what your options are..... Thank you

Completely misdiagnosed my ac problems. Unit froze up again minutes after they left. They were late, unprofessional, and unwilling to communicate with me or return my calls. Fortunately for me I have worked w harvest heating and cooling in the past and Steve and Adam at harvest had my unit up and running within 24 hrs.

Techs dennis and james did my install of my furnace and were very professional and good at their job. thank you

Best Heating and Cooling just installed a new furnace and central air conditioner in our home and this has been an absolutely wonderful experience. Best came to my home to determine why my air conditioner was not working. Heath provided us with information about a repair or a replacement. We decided to go ahead and replace instead of repairing an 18 year old unit. The technician was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. Garett , with Best Heating and Cooling, came to our home and talked with us about different units and helped us determine what would be best for us. After the installation was complete Garett came back and went over all the paperwork with us. I recommend Best Heating a Cooling. Thanks Best for providing the BEST service possible.

They used smaller than called for copper pipe and didn't put in the proper condensate drain for our water heater. After attempting to contact them directly, have now gone through BBB. Their response to my complaint was full of misinformation as to what actually happened in our exchange, including actually lying about my having authorized them repairing the unit and having setup an appointment to do so. I in no way shape or form would ever recommend Best for anything. Unless you are game for cut corners with gas pipes and lies.

They were able to come out right away and get my new furance installed and running before the next snow. James and Larry did a great job making sure everything was setup correctly and working before cleaning up and leaving my house nice and warm. Appreciate their work.
