I can't say enough about the job that Nathan and Logan did cleaning out vents! They looked great when they were done! They were very professional and courteous from the moment we met and left my home in better shape than what they found it. I would highly recommend their services!

Logan arrived reasonably within the estimated response time for a malfunctioning heating system. His appearance and work ethic was professional as he wasted no time to address the unknown issue. He resolved the sensor issue, cleaned, and explained his work along with the random questions of my daughter before receiving payment. Payment was convenient, via tablet, and the price was good considering it was an unscheduled service call. Don't overlook this family run business!

I have an odd house with baseboard heat and had a failing 1978 air handler in a small closet. Wanted to upgrade to a heat pump if possible. Of all the people I contacted Jonathan is the only one who did his homework and he didn't just email me a quote, he sat at my kitchen table and educated me. He was informative, kind and patient.
Nathan and his team, Dawson and Jacob installed my new system last Friday. They were neat, efficient, friendly and didn't leave until I was completely familiar with operating instructions. I couldn't be more pleased with the results.

When our air conditioner stopped working, Jonathan was out the next day to give us an estimate to replace our 23+ year old AC/Furnace. The estimate was fair and he was very honest about what we should expect with the new units. They were able to schedule the install quickly, based on our schedule. While the install took a little longer than originally expected, they were able to complete it all in one day. The installers were professional and respectful to us and our house.

I highly recommend Jonathan and his team and we will be using them in the future.

Friday night panic with a broken system! Messaged True Comfort, very courteous, staff were able to come on Saturday. I received a call and text when the tech was on his way. Logan spent time explaining options honestly and walking us through our problem. New install scheduled before he left in just a few days!
Update: system installed and we couldn't be happier! Techs were timely, professional, and personable. They walked me through everything from the system to the thermostat. I'd recommend them again!

The service was excellent! Christian was friendly and professional and explained everything so well. I was not pressured to purchase anything although I did get their maintenance plan because I was so impressed with the service and the reasonable pricing. It was amazing how quickly Christian identified the problem and found the cause. I highly recommend True Comfort!
