True Comfort Heating and Cooling

True Comfort was my first call after a recommendation when my furnace stopped (in the bitter cold of course). They sent Christian out and he was here within a few hours, it was a Friday evening and had to order some parts that couldn’t get til the following week as I had an older furnace. We got the furnace fixed and running only to find out my heat exchanger was bad and unsafe and needed to be replaced anyways unfortunately, but they did all they could to try and save it. Jonathon was out that same day to give me quotes on a new one. I thought his quote was fair but as anyone should do I got a couple other quotes. I gave him the first right of refusal and he price matched another quote I got! His guys were here a couple days later and got a whole new 96% efficiency furnace installed in a couple hours. Was very impressed with the professionalism and the cleanliness, especially laying carpet down and wearing “booties” to cover their boots when they came in. I’m very thankful for their service and would recommend to anyone!

True comfort was amazing. They are very professional and handled my instillation brilliantly. Even though they ran into some unexpected issues with my old setup they handled it so well and I am so pleased with my new setup. Great service. Would recommend!

100% Recommend this company to anyone looking for AC help or help with their furnace. Firstly, they send a text message with who is supposed to show up and that was amazing! Secondly, I want to say Logan was AMAZING! Logan listened as we explained what we have been experiencing during the hot/humid months. He explained everything that happened to our system to us and he answered all our questions. He didn't push any products and when we asked questions about products, he offered suggestions and advice. We are staying with this company for all our HVAC needs!!!

Enjoyed my experience with True Comfort. They were always on-time and honest in both the estimate and installation process. Never felt like I was being upsold. The owner, Jonathan, explained their pricing and services clearly and never pushed any add-ons or extra services we may not need.. He provided a price and let us know that the price would not change throughout the whole process, which was a nice guarantee.

Our AC had trouble keeping up in extreme heat the last few years, and True Comfort was great in educating us on the reasons why before installing a new A/C and Furnace for us, as our 19 year old units were sized incorrectly and at the end of their lives. The replacement installation took about six hours, and they were on-time, clean, polite and organized throughout the entire day.

Our house now has no trouble reaching the desired temperatures, and the airflow is noticeably improved. I would definitely recommend True Comfort to family and friends.

Logan and Nathan and there helpers were very efficient and professional in everything they did. I have been in construction for 30 years so I have seen my fair share of hvac guys. They did my retrofit furnace and air in about 5.5 hours cleaned everything up there craftsmen ship was outstanding no loose ends everything was tight and well thought out on there finish

I've called True Comfort out several times. Each job has been handled quickly and professionally by great technicians. I would highly recommend them!

They did a wonderful job. Everything is working perfectly.
Did notice the flooring needs swept and vacuumed before it's safe to walk barefoot through, but beyond that everything is great.
They were on time and courteous. It was a lot of work but they got it completed in one day.

Bought our house in Des Moines in July of 2021.
New to the area, we called a different company first to get furnace serviced. One visit, I decided they were not the company for me. Fortunately, we found True Comfort. First visit I was so impressed with the professional attitude, along with explaining why and what they were doing. I decided right then, this is the company I want servicing my equipment for the rest of my days. Signed up for their annual service contract, which is an excellent deal.
My next visit was as professional as the first. These days I seldom find a company that I am impressed by. If you use this company, definitely ask about the service contract.
