Dennis was awesome. He came out to work on my AC unit. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing! He even obliged my kids when they had questions!

14 southbound had one of their drivers cut me off almost causing a crash. Driver turned right onto Park Avenue if they work like they drive I wouldn't want them working for me.

Thee worst company around. Do not ever do business with these people. Did not fix my issues and then when I tried to reschedule they pushed me off to another business without notifying me. Will NEVER do business with them. Please spare yourself the headache and stay clear. Unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate.

The week before our house sale was finalized, the central air went out. Best took care of it on very little notice so that the sale could go through. Very happy!

Don’t be fooled by the name; they are the worst heating and cooling. Not responsive after 9 months of repeated calls from myself and my home warranty company.

Work was done well. However, the gentleman said to me, a woman who was home alone at the time, "I learned a that when a woman says 'no,' she really means 'not right now.'" Although I'm sure he meant no harm, it was rather frightening and I will be using a more professional provider in the future.

Impossible to get in touch with when calling. I finally got a call a gal on the line and after being on hold for more than 5 minutes, I was hung up on. It has been more than 24 hours since my warrenty submitted a service call and I have not heard from anyone, after several messages left.
