Best Heating did a fantastic job with my new HVAC system. The installers were on time, professional and kept me well informed of each step along the way. They clearly take a lot of pride in their work. And the Amana equipment they installed makes my home so much more comfortable than before. Communications with Best throughout the process were always prompt and professional as well. I'm very happy with the outcome.

Best was timely and polite, but I can't help but think they lied right to my face in order to convince me to spend money.

Best did a furnace check through my home warranty. I was shown pictures of a cracked heat exchange and he turned my heat off because it could lead to a CO leak. He didn't actually check for a CO leak.
The home warranty sent a different company to do the actual repairs, and that man tested for CO throughout the house and found absolutely no leakage, which would be very impressive for a heat exchanger supposedly as cracked as mine.
I have a CO detector installed, but I think I'll go ahead and leave my heat on, considering it's the coldest weekend of the year.

I have had best come out to fix my furnace multiple times and they are always polite and answer any questions I have. They also make sure that I know what they are doing. They are here when they say they will be and if they have to come back because what they fix stored working again ( witch only happened once) they were right back out here to see what happened and fix it as soon an they could get here. All around i trust this company more than others. They give out good reliable information about the questions I ask. 10 out of 10 will recommend to others.

Our interactions with Best Heating and Cooling has been a wonderful experience! From the moment they arrived when our furnace failed, to the table conversation about options and financing, to the day when Heath and his son arrived to remove the old furnace and install the new one, we were absolutely impressed and pleased. Recognizing they were guests in our home Heath and his son were polite, personable and professional. We especially appreciated that we were invited to observe and ask any questions throughout the entire process. We were also encouraged to contact them should there be any questions or needs following their visit. And the space they worked was left just a clean as when they arrived. I highly recommend Best Heating and Cooling!

Best Heating, Cooling, and Electric was fabulous. Our ac went out in the hottest week in August. They were able to come out within 48 hours, serviced our unit, replaced a bad capacitor and had it cooling in no time.

Dennis was our technician and he was great. He was friendly, answered my questions, and showed me we were getting the right temperature drop before he left.

Great experience with a great company.

Our AC went out within the first 2 weeks of our townhome we purchased. We were assigned Best through our HSA home warranty. They called us that very same day we filed a claim and scheduled an appointment. Super friendly customer service on the phone, and the tech we had fixed our issue and was also very friendly. Great people to work with!

Very responsive and efficient service. I bought a house a year ago and had to have a few things replaced. I was referred by my home warranty place and have used them a couple more times since. Very friendly and explains everything they are doing. I would highly recommend!

Very unprofessional and unreliable. Called on Friday to schedule an appointment. Appointment was scheduled for Tuesday morning. When I called Wednesday to see why nobody showed up, I was greeted by a very unprofessional man named Jason. Jason informed me that his technician didn’t show up for work once again on Tuesday but nobody bothered to notify us. Instead of servicing the unit the next day, he wanted to reschedule for 2-3 weeks out. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have had this same issue with this company. It’s very simple to get a great review: show up and make repairs as scheduled!

I have never written a bad review but have also never been so appalled by a company's customer service. Our furnace went out on Sunday, November 10th, and we contacted our home warranty at that time. I'm unsure when our information was actually passed on to Best HCE from our home warranty, but we did not hear from Best HCE until 2:00pm Monday, November 11th to set up an appointment from 3:00-6:00pm Tuesday, November 12th. In the meantime we had below zero temperatures overnight and had to find a place to stay for several nights and hope our pipes wouldn't freeze. The technician came and made the diagnosis during the appointment time on Tuesday. At the appointment he had to call the home warranty company for approval. The home warranty would not approve the work on the spot, so the technician had to leave and we would have to get another appointment once the home warranty approved the work. I completely understand this is not Best HCE's fault, and I had no issues with them up until this point. Our home warranty approved the work to be done at 8:00 am Wednesday, November 13th, so we had the go ahead to call Best HCE back and set up another appointment. My husband called several times throughout the day Wednesday and did not hear back until almost 3:00pm. I understand being busy, but someone could have called us much earlier than this. At that time we were told they could not come back to our house to fix the furnace until Monday, November 18th, so we would be without heat in this cold weather for 8 days. They had no openings Thursday and told us they had no technicians working Friday or on call for the weekend. How are there no technicians working on a weekday in this unseasonably cold weather?? My husband explained to them that I am 9 months pregnant, and we have to go into the hospital Sunday, November 17th to be induced. I will be in the middle of labor when they could finally come back to our house. The lady we spoke to Wednesday was very nice and said she would ask all the technicians when they were back if someone could squeeze us in the next day, but we never heard back Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. The only reason we spoke to them Friday was to tell them we found another company to come out right away. I understand Best HCE would have fixed it Tuesday if it wasn't for the home warranty's process. But it became unacceptable when we called over and over and wouldn't hear back for 6-7 hours. And then no one called to let us know if they were going to be able to work us in or not due to our situation. We just needed a warm house to bring our baby home to, and I thought we would be able to get a 2nd appointment sooner than 6 days after the first one.
I have never been so disappointed in customer service and just horrible communication. I felt like we were treated second class because we are home warranty customers instead of "regular" customers. You would think they would treat all of their customers the same in order to have them as returning customers. Our home warranty only lasts a year, and we will definitely not be using Best HCE when we have a choice of who to work with.

James M. provided a fall furnace check, quieted the noisy furnace start-up, got the humidifier ready, and made sure the furnace was in top working order. BEST has provided all HVAC services at our house for 17 years and we have been satisfied with their work each time.

AC compressor unit stopped working in July 2020 on a Thursday evening. James M. diagnosed the situation on Friday and started looking for the needed parts in an environment where replacement units are backordered up to 4 weeks. He and Dennis returned on Saturday, and in about 3 hours, installed a new compressor and got the AC back to working order to cool a house that was 85 degrees. When they left, one weather site said the outside temp was 94 and heat index was 111. Thanks for your dedication in helping a couple with health conditions get back in the cool.
