We had our furnace go out so contacted our homeowners insurance company. The insurance company contacted Best Heating and Cooling and they called the same day. The lady who called (I wish I could remember her name...) was very nice and helpful, and seemed genuinely concerned with our issue. She setup an appointment for two days later. The technician was here in the first half of the time window. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem in a very short time and told us our 23 year old furnace was shot. After the insurance company got done messing around, Best called before the insurance company did to make an appointment for the installation. The gentlemen who put it in were just like the first person. They had the old one out and the new one in less than 8 hours.
Overall the experience we had with Best was amazing! Will definitely use them in the future and I've already referred them to friends and family.

James showed up on time today to fix my a/c - he was very respectful, communicative, & gave advice on the furnace filter.

James and Jason showed up and hour after calling, other companies was 24 to 48 hours to show up. Enjoyed talking with them , told us a few things that may need done at a later date. No pressure sales. Very happy with repairs and will recommend and use again.

I have never in my life left a business a bad review. And I hate to do this , But they waited 2 weeks to turn in our service report to our warranty, which resulted in it getting denied. And my warranty then said I couldn't get a second opinion because it was past the 7 day limit.
I did end up getting my warranty to send us a different company and my warranty is now paying 90% of the repairs.
This company almost cost me thousands of dollars from their incompetence. Not to mention the 2 weeks we've been out of ac.

Dennis and his crew worked into the evening in order to get our replacement boiler installed that night. It was much appreciated as the temps were below zero. He came back the following day to handle bleeding issues with the radiators as well. Was very satisfied with the customer service.

James Mickle from Best HCE was just at my house to fix my AC and did an amazing job. He encountered several issues with the outside unit being clogged with dust and dirt, the condenser not working and another issue with the coils. Thanks to his persistence and knowledge my house is no longer hotter than hell itself. Thanks again James I appreciate you fixing the AC and making my house bearable again. You rock!

Since contracting Best 2 years ago to replace our heating and cooling system, we've had very good experience with the regular maintenance service they provide. We had to call Best for an after hours issue on a cold November evening. The service surpassed all of our previous experiences. The technician, James, arrived quickly and was knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. He took care of the issue, which was caused by a separate project, in a timely manner. Best is great to work with.

I had fantastic experience with Best. We had ongoing issue that required two visits from a technician. Gretchen at the office was prompt and very responsive in getting the technician out to my house. The same technician came out both times, which was nice to see a familiar face. I cannot say enough about how great he was. He took his time to explain everything to me (twice!), and he even got down on the floor to show me around my furnace. I am so glad we have such a high quality HVAC company in the metro. I hope I don't need any services again, but if I do I will definitely be calling Best!

I was very happy to have Best assigned by my home warranty. Dennis came out to my property twice and was extremely helpful on both visits, both in diagnosing the problem and helping set up the system. Jason in the office was informative throughout and very responsive. My installer, Jim, did a great job and made sure everything on his side was completed to my satisfaction before he left.
