Best Heating Cooling & Electric

BEST Heating, Cooling & Electric was very helpful and timely when I recently had my furnace and air conditioning replaced. They communicated when there were schedule changes and completed the entire job in 1 day. I was very impressed with how friendly and knowledgeable the staff were. They even informed me about tips and best practices moving forward with my new equipment. This is overall a great company and would recommend them to anyone needing a service done that they can provide.

They were polite. They didn't make a big mess. They did a great job of putting in a new boiler. They answered all my questions. I would hire them again.

I never leave bad reviews but this company is a joke I had them come out for hvac and electrical problems didn’t fix either of them because other jobs scheduled so they left and told me to reschedule. I rescheduled for a week out never called to let me know they were held up and not going to make it after I took the day off of work to make sure the problems were fixed. Not very professional if you ask me. Receptionist told me to reschedule again or contact another contractor no help what so ever definitely not living up to there name

Came back from a trip to find that the AC was out. Not a pleasant surprise after a week out of state in 120F weather. James and Larry came out late on a Saturday to fix it for me. Ended up diagnosing a bug in the contactor. Literally. Problem was fixed that day and I got a great night’s sleep in a cool house. Also took the time to give the system a servicing. Always been very friendly and professional. Will definitely continue using.

We had new heating/air conditioning system installed along with some plumbing repairs done and had an excellent experience. Tim, Duncan, and Ze did a great job, very pleasant and informative along the way. Tim was excellent to work with on the quote process and options that made sense for us! He is an excellent resource for the installation options. It was a nice clean installation and much improved looking and functioning job. We will use them for our future HVAC needs.

Had Best come out to fix my furnace. They showed up on time and did a fine job with the repair; quick and seems to be working now. But the lack of customer service is appalling. I tried to troubleshoot based on the manual they provided when they installed the furnace. The repair technician essentially blamed me for the problem and told me "not to play with bombs", that I could have blown up my house. Then when he was leaving, I had a few questions about the repair. He half answered my questions and rushed out the door. I received zero paperwork about what was replaced or repaired.

I have used BEST for years now. Great people who work hard. Prices are very reasonable. Installed my a/c and cleaned up everything today. One day after the repair man was here.

YES WE HAVE AIR!! Thanks to the quick response team at BEST! Just moved in three months ago. The air went down on the hottest day of course. We have a home warranty but it really didn't cover much I glad I didn't pay for it. I won't renew it that's for sure. But after talking with the staff at BEST they took care of us. They installed a new furnace, A/C, Air Cleaner and Wifi Thermostat in a day and we had cool air that night. I'm glad I found your company. Customer For Life!

Update: We enjoy our system. Doing the preventative maintenance program through BEST keeps us from having any issues no matter how hot or cold it gets outside.

Had a home warranty that used these guys. Took over a month to get them to come out and do the work. Had to go to their office multiple times, the owner literally hid from me one of those times.

When they finally showed up to do the work, it took them 5 days to complete the job.

If you don't like doing warranty work, don't parnter up with a warranty company.

Tim Walton was our technician. Our air conditioning had not been working for over a week in the middle of a summer heat wave. Tim knew right away what part we needed and worked quickly to get it ordered and installed. He was prompt, courteous, efficient and very knowledgable about our Geothermal system. The customer service provided by Tim Walton is why we will definitely use Best Heating, Cooling & Electric again!

Tim came out and repaied a wiring problem on our Geo Thermal unit. He was helpful, knowledgeable and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Thanks Tim!
