We had mini split air conditioners installed upstairs and Curtis J and Juvi were an exceptional installation team. They took the time to treat the installation as if it was their house, making sure the little details were attended to. We will be switching all of our service to Control Tech in the future.

Control Tech installed a whole-home humidifier (18 gallon) in my home January 2017. The unit itself has been running great. Today we had a leak near the furnace and saw it was due to some poorly run PVC drainage pipes (there was a T with an opening towards the bottom that let water out). The first thing I did when I realized the initial installer who had merged my furnace and humidifier drainage pipes into one run, was call Control Tech to see if they could come out and confirm it was their fault and to resolve the issue. I called around 8:30am on Monday, they sent a guy out to my home in Westfield at 9:20am, Logan, who quickly realized the issue and took great initiative to re-run all the poorly ran PVC drainage pipes. I hope the original installer, if still employed, will learn of the issue that was the cause to prevent any similar future installs, but cannot be anymore grateful of the great customer service Control Tech delivered to me this Monday morning.

Logan B. is a skilled technician and a really nice guy. Thank you for giving me confidence that my AC and furnace are always in good working order and maintained by a good company. One less big thing to worry about with home ownership. Control Tech should be appreciative to have Logan B. working for them.

Denise Davidson (350), came to service my furnace. I must admit when I opened the door and there stood a female to work on my furnace, I was a little leery about that. However I must say, that Denise was amazing. She explained to me each step she was taking. She was very thorough. She did not mind the fact that I stood there asking her questions, which she answered to my satisfaction. It was obvious she has had expert training, and was very thorough in her examination of my furnace. I would recommend her to anyone. She is an asset to the company.

Tech explained maintenance needed, and was responsive to budget constraints. He was knowledgeable and skillful. He explained our options,
and cost of each. He took recyclabe equipment left by another tech team. Very satisfied customer!

Tech John was prompt and explained the problems and options to repair furnace and humidifier and showed me their service plan. Great company, office people are always courteous. Highly recommend

Mr. Tillman came for an annual checkup on our air conditioners and ended up spending most of the day repairing two problems that recently developed in one of the units.
He was professional throughout the process always wearing shoe covers when inside the house, and clearly explaining what he was doing. He stayed with the repair until everything was running properly. I was very impressed with his dedication to solving our problems and keeping us in the loop.

Control Tech installed a whole house humidifier for us in November 2017. It has made the house very comfortable this winter, no more dry mouths and nose bleeds. The technician Juvenal was very neat, and went above and beyond to make sure we were up and running correctly. He demonstrated how the new humidifier works and how to take care of it. It is very low maintenance. The increased humidity made our house feel 2 degrees warmer, so we lowered the temperature on the thermostat which helps us to save energy. I would recommend Control Tech again for any HVAC maintenance or upgrades.

The installers arrived exactly in the window that they said they would. They worked so diligently that they were able to finish the job in less time than was scheduled. They were courteous throughout, even putting up with our dog barking at them most of their time here. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Tillman was friendly and very professional. He did a thorough check of our furnace as part of our service contract with Control Tech and did answer all questions related to the system. Great costumer service!
