Addendum: This is an add on to my former review. Still 5 stars, if I could give more I would, but it's for our service technician, Jim, who is not only knowledgeable but goes beyond what is expected and corrects what is not working right but no one else is aware of. We were very impressed with his work on the first time we came across him. We continued to be impressed with Jim! If companies had employees like him, all customers would be totally happy with services as we are! He exemplifies the giving of utmost quality in SERVICE of any technician I have ever met. Control Tech is lucky to have him. Thanks, Jim, for you great work!

Control Tech is simply a classy act all around. I first dealt with them at the inception of their business in Zionsville back in 1983. Now being in a new home, I found that all the work on furnace, heat pump, and A/C was done by them for years. So, of course, I called them when experiencing A/C issues. They came, wore booties so as not to track in the house, inspected, fixed, and advised. Good news was we had A/C, bad news we would need a new A/C as the refrigerant utilized couldn’t be used after 2020. Three weeks go by, and apparently we must have had a leak, so we investigated the new A/C option or finding the leak and repairing. The latter wasn’t optimal as it was wasting money on a doomed system. They were great from choosing the unit, adapting to changes in the order, prepping the old unit until installation (almost $1,000 comped!!!). The installation day came sooner than we thought, and despite rainy weather and muddy work area, those 2 techs were able to install a spanking new A/C that works wonders at a very affordable price, and without tracking in the house due to their rigorous adherence to wearing booties. (We loved the booties. I am thinking of getting them for our dog.) Their entire team is focused on keeping their clients comfortable, they are all very serious, very knowledgeable and experienced, easy to work with, keep immaculate records and, and, and, I could go on indefinitely. They simply have evolved into a very serious and adaptable team focused on the best customer service I have ever encountered with this type of service company in Indianapolis.

Matt was my first point of contact at Control Tech. Not only did he help me pick out the right tankless water heater, but he answered my many questions about all the options and how they would affect how I used the appliance. He was incredibly responsive and helpful. The guys who came out to the house to install the unit were amazing too! They did a GREAT job and took the time to explain to me how the system worked and how to use the app associated with my recirculating unit. I feel so much better having had them guide me through the entire process and will definitely be calling them for maintenance in the future. Thanks everyone!

We had a furnace issue, Control Tech was able to quickly get A technician, Jason, out to my house. They were efficient and always at a fair price. Definitely will continue to call Control Tech for all my HVAC needs.

As a newer customer of Control Tech, I haven't met all the techs, so this is the first time Jessica has visited for a seasonal service. She was friendly, very thorough and focused on completing the service. She did a great job getting everything checked out for the start of the 2019-2020 heating season. She's a good tech and a good representative of Control Tech!

I’ve used Control Tech for years and have been consistently happy with them. At the most recent service visit, the technician was pleasant and respectful, was very safety conscious and took extra time to clean the cottonwood gunk from the exterior coils on the heat pump.

I’ve been a customer of control tech for more than 20 years. I have NEVER been unhappy with their services.

I have been using Control Tech Heating & Air for two decades. The team is always knowledge, considerate, efficient, and timely. Today Tilman was the tech on my maintenance service. Like all of the other techs from Control Tech, he was personable, polite, considerate, and did his best to be efficient with the service. I would be happy to have him back for my next scheduled maintenance or have him answer any urgent calls that may arise. However, I haven't had any of those since the new furnace was installed 4 years ago! I'm vey satisfied!

We recently purchased a brand new HVAC system and air purification system from Control Tech. We are very happy. it was installed about 1 month ago. Excellent quality (Lennox), got a good and fair price, installation quality and timeliness were also excellent (got them thru Costco). Our new system is quieter, better quality, and more energy efficient! I had around 6 companies come out to give us estimates, and felt they were the best, I highly recommend them!

Been using Control Tech for years. They maintained my previous system so well. That I hired them to install the last one. They stand behind their products. Family company and local.

They have told me when I needed to do things and when they could wait.

You won’t find that from most folks anymore. Planning on using them when I replace my next HVAC units.

Control Tech has been doing routine maintenance on my heating and air unit for six years and they are always on-time, easy at explaining what they are doing, and very courteous while they are in my home. They are a worry free company and I will
