I tried to use this business. My heat was not working nd my house was cold. I called them on November 2 as they opened at 8AM. The lady who answered the phone told me that "ma not make it out today." Since it was worming up, I thought that would be ok. I did assume that with her comment that if they did not make it out that day, they would likely make it out the next day. She also told me that the technician would call me when they are ready to come out. If I don't answer the call, they will move on to the next call. I cleared my schedule for a couple days so I would be available when the technician came by.

I did not hear from them again until November 10 (eight days later). At that time I was in a meeting and didn't get the call. I was hoping they would call back, but they did not.

Today, November 16, I called the office again. I explained my concerns about them not being responsive (I was calm and polite). She told me that there was not a technician in my area. I explained that this is not the level of customer service that I was expecting and that if they could not get someone to my house by tomorrow, I would find someone else.
She asked me to hold so she could speak with a technician. When she returned, she told me they could not have someone at my house by tomorrow. I thanked her for her help and told her that I would be going elsewhere.

Extremely impressed with Control Tech. I received my electric bill and it had sky-rocketed. I was in a panic and talked with Clay and his staff to try to figure out what could be going wrong. They gave me a rough idea and sent someone out the next day to take a look (other places wouldn't come look for almost a week since it wasn't an emergency). Jasen showed up and immediately located the problem and fixed it. He also saved me a ton of money on the repair and got me signed up for the top maintenance program. I would highly recommend them for all your heating and air conditioning needs. Friendly, reliable and great company.

Control Tech has lived up to its reputation from previous ratings: top notch. I wasn’t satisfied with the company who installed my new build HVAC. After an initial evaluation by one of Control Tech’s experts, a plan was created and put in place to improve the comfort of my home. Zoning the house into three areas was the answer and the only question is, “Why didn’t my builder go with this superior company?”

From sales through installation and follow-up our experience with Control Tech has been excellent. At no time did I ever feel I was being pressured into a purchase or up-grade.

We shopped and received estimates from other HVAC contractors and with Control Tech's pricing we were able to purchase the highest efficient furnace for the price of an 80% efficient furnace from other contractors.

I never thought I'd say this, but I am looking forward to our first heating bill of the winter.

Larry was very polite and professional and pointed out a problem that I was unaware of. We had a large amount of dog hair in the air intake of our furnace. He cleaned this for us at no charge. Are very happy with Control Tech and highly recommend their service.

I had some regular maintenance on our air conditioner, filter change etc. The service time was early, which was convenient, he was friendly, it wasn't a super long time that he was in my house, he wore a mask which made me feel safer, and there wasn't any issues!

Same day response. Ron got to the problem quickly and gave us the solution. Knew what to do and was courteous and respectful. We have been loyal Control Tech customers since 1998 and the reason is excellent service and their people. Thanks for another great job !

Control Tech has been very responsive to my elder father's heating and cooling needs. Even on a Sunday during a very busy and hot day, they arrive within 30 minutes. Also, while he was waiting to have his new system installed, Control Tech came twice to refill the R-22. Both times they applied the cost to partial payment on the new system. One time last year, we did have a tech come who did not thoroughly evaluate the problem. When the another tech had to come out the next day, he made sure that the previous tech knew he had not lived up to Control Tech expectations.

I have always received great service from Control Tech. Jessica has been out to our home the last few time for our semi-annual maintenance inspections. We found her to be very thorough and professional.
