We had no heat this morning. We called at 6:30 AM Saturday morning, and Mr. Russell answered immediately. By 7:45 AM he had fixed our furnace (broken switch). Mr. Russell installed our Bryant Plus 90 High efficiency gas furnace 20 years ago, and it has worked superbly ever since. Mr. Russell is courteous, prompt, highly competent, honest, and completely trustworthy. His prices are very fair and reasonable.
Sept 2017. Mr. Russell and his professional technicians just replaced our old furnace and air conditioner with new Bryant equipment. The installation was completed in one day by courteous competent professionals under the supervision of Dave Russell. Dave helped us install the software on our computers and smart phones. He showed us how to program the electronic thermostat on our wall and how to do the same from our computers or phones. The programming options are many, and programming is easy. The blower is very quiet, and the furnace and air conditioner work perfectly.

I had Dave come out and look at my HVAC system to change from electric air handler to gas furnace. Said he would write up an estimate. Two months later I still haven't received and estimate, even after numerous follow up calls to inquire about the status. I'm prepared to spend over $5,000 to do what's necessary to update my home and I can't even get an estimate. I can't imagine doing business with a company that won't even return an estimate.

Tried to get some info on HVAC systems for a home I was purchasing. The realtor told me to call them and boy what an experience I had.
Jeff was very rude and unprofessional telling me that if I did not own the home he could not discuss anything with me. I told him this is not a great way to start a relationship and he would be losing a potential customer.
He told me he didn't care. How do you stay in business?

We have been using Earl Russell at both our home and business. They always show up for their scheduled appointments and are great at explaining anything needed. We have used many heating & cooling services over the years and Earl Russell is the most consistent with the quality of service.

Very trustworthy, they actually fix things rather than just trying to sell you a new system like some of the other companies. They got me 3 more years out of my old system ( at a very low cost), a system that one of the competitors said needed immediate, complete replacement. Turned out it had a leaking filter/dryer, not a bad condenser. When it did come time to replace my system, I didn't even consider calling anyone else.

argumentative and unresponsive. Didn't want to do the work and gave me every excuse why he didn't want to even come to maintain our A/C units. Will not call them again.
