I had Fastrack install a new air conditioner to replace my old unit over 5 years ago. They were fast and offered financing. I recently called them when I had an issue with my furnace. They were able to get my service call scheduled ASAP. The tech was courteous and did some additional checks and maintenance while testing my issue. The furnace and blower now operate well and with less noise. Thanks! Would recommend.

Had furnace and aircon installed, and had a related service call as well within a few months. The work was good, although their communication and customer service was pretty much the opposite. I had issue with the service call charges, based on what the technicians communicated (from both visits), although both Sales and Management took conflicting positions, and belligerently so. I did not appreciate this, and will likely preclude me from calling them again.
