I have used Control Tech for years they installed and maintain my HVAC. They are always prompt and efficient. The technicians are always knowledgeable and friendly. I have recommended Control Tech to friends and family.

Control Tech is an honest and fast response company. Tony is a thorough tech, courteous, and patient in explanations. I try to schedule with Tony as he knows our systems and they seem to like him, as in they behave after his maintenance visit. I refer them every time I hear of someone looking for a company.

I had an issue with the furnace flue that Control Tech installed several years ago. It got damaged when my roof was getting replaced. I got estimates from several companies (including Control Tech). They all said the same thing. That the flue had not been installed properly initially (including the Control Tech technition). Speaking to the service manager was a waste of time and he was also rude. I left a message for the owner, Alan Winters, to call me and a week later he did. After speaking to him on the phone he asked me to email him pics of the flue so I did. He said he would review them and get back to me as soon as possible. That was three months ago and I have not heard from him nor have I been able to reach him despite several attempts. I will not do hire them again for anything. They are one of the highest priced hvac companies in my area. If they're going to charge high prices, they should at least back up their work.

Tillman was awesome as well as anyone I've worked with in the past few years of having their system at our old house and a different system at the new house. He was honest like the company and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new system or just keeping a system running.

They are professional and considerate and have a warm demeanor . They get the job done on the first visit. I trust the techs and can leave them to do their job. Example: I have no concerns about finishing my chores outside while they are in my house. They wear a sheath to protect my floors and now during covid they wear a mask.

The Lennox website indicates this company is one of its dealers. So I thought that I could purchase a pressure switch for my Lennox furnace. I went their office and gave them the model of my Lennox furnace and the part I wanted, but was told that they don't sell parts over the counter and need to a $ 99 diagnosis of my furnace before selling the pressure switch to me. This is what a dealer does? Very disappointing!

When it comes to Heating and Cooling systems I have the upmost respect and trust in Control Tech from Zionsville. I had Control Tech install a new Heating and Cooling system, including all new duct work as well, about 10 years ago and the system has been incredible. Not only is the system outstanding so are the employees. Everyone I have dealt with through the years is genuine, honest, hardworking, and professional. I don’t hesitate for a second to tell family, friends and everyone I meet that if they have HVAC needs to give Control Tech a call.

Paolo did a great job. He found a couple of leaks in a flue pipe and sealed them with caulk. He tested our 2 furnaces and shared the results. He was friendly and personable. I would have Paolo back in my home for future service.

Control Tech is always very polite and pleasant both on the phone and the techs that come to my home. They always clean up and at times better then it was before they arrived. I highly recommend this business.

Recent service by Jessica was on time as scheduled, fast and efficient. She was knowledgeable and capable. We've been very happy with Control Tech maintenance and emergency service for many years.
