CONTROL TECH has done a wonderful job installing and maintaining our HVAC system. They are personable, professional, and very responsive to our needs. We are happy to keep our service agreements with them every year!

First maintenance inspection on our new heat pump. We had an 8 AM appointment time and the service pro arrived at 7:54 AM which was great. Did a thorough job of inspecting our inside and outside units. Looking forward to seeing him again in the late spring for the cooling season.

We continue to receive excellent service from Control Tech. The staff is very friendly and always takes care of us. Our service pro, Tillman walked us through what service he was performing and the results of it. We definitely recommend them!

Control Tech has been our HVAC company for nearly 20 years. They always are very professional, courteous, approachable. They keep a log posted right near our furnace about every appointment. I highly recommend them.

I had no heat and called, Control Tech sent a tech out at my convenience & he found a bit of debris blocking the sensor. I now have heat. I renewed my maintenance agreement and everything is great as always.

I called Control Tech on Saturday morning and John called back within 15 minutes. He said that he had 3 appointments and we agreed for him to call me back when he was free. He did call later in the afternoon and we arranged for him to come by asap (as our 4 year old HVAC (by others!) Fan was making a lot of noise). He arrived around 4 pm, diagnosed the bad fan, ordered a new one, picked it up and returned to replace the bad fan and a capacitor. A long day and evening for him on a weekend! I am sure that he saved us AC down time going into hot weather. We are very grateful for the great service from John and the Control Tech Team. They are, and have been, a wonderful example of truly great service. We switched to Control Tech for service in the first year of our new home (from the original company that installed our Builder HVAC) and are extremely happy.

Tillman at Control tech was great. Very knowledgeable and honest. What I like most about Control Tech is that their techs are not paid on commission. There is not an incentive for the tech to tell me I need a new system. Honesty starts at the top. Think about it.

Tillman (maintenance technician) came to do a fall season furnace check. He was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He thoroughly checked the furnace and then explained what tests he had performed, plus did some interior cleaning of dust/bugs from drain lines. He also made suggestions on other things that I could do to keep the furnace in top shape.
The Preventive Maintenance program was one of the reasons that I chose Control Tech Heating to install my new Trane furnace a year ago. So far I'm pleased with the results.
