Control Tech exceeded my expectations! Their online service request form was easy to complete. They replied promptly and had a technician out later that day. Tony arrived on time and quickly got my HVAC repaired. He even explained what he was doing. I appreciated the brief explanation of how the HVAC unit works and why it malfunctioned. The fee was very reasonable. I will definitely use Control Tech for future HVAC needs.

The blower motor on my HVAC unit stopped overnight and Control Tech had a service professional at my door within about 45 minutes of calling the next day.

The tech who came to fix my Furnace was professional, knowledgeable, polite, and did his job. He fixed the furnace in about 30 minutes making it so I had heat in my home again one very cold day. If anything happens HVAC wise in my home in the future this is the company I will be contacting.

Ron quickly determined the issue with our humidifier and fixed it immediately. He also provided insights into future updates that we knew needed to get done. On top of all that professionalism, he is a genuine and friendly person who obviously enjoys his work.
