I called on a Friday morning about a loud and unusual sound coming from my furnace. A service man was at my home by noon and shortly thereafter had diagnosed the problem. He left to get the needed part and quickly returned. He installed the new part and tested it to ensure repair. The furnace is now working quietly as before! Great job! I highly recommend Control Tech!

Do not use this company from Costco. I bought the air condition system from Costco and this company was installed. It have ten year warranty, but last year the heater was not working and call this company to check it. The tech was coming and found that blower was bad. Randy who is manager told me that I have to pay $356.25 to fix it even it still in warranty. Finally I did pay total $356.25 to them. The weird things I received a bill after NINE month and said that I have to pay another $99 for travel fee that time. Beware to buy or repair from this company

We have been a customer of Control Techs since 2009. We have always experienced exceptional customer service and quality workmanship. Our recent maintenance inspection of our heating/air unit was performed by Mr. Tillman. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything to us. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new system or preventative maintenance inspections.

The technician was on time for each visit. Henry was very thorough with the repairs and explaining the process. He made sure I was satisfied with his work before leaving. I would highly recommend control tech for all your heating and air conditioning needs!!

Even though we were new customers, we received quick, same day service on a not-cooling heat pump. The service tech, John, explained clearly the problem and steps to repair. John explained all the discounts available for us including a yearly maintenance plan. That helped us made a decision that saved us considerable money. We made the change to Control Tech after seeing the wonderful service they had provided my father for many years.

Control Tech has always been a straight forward and honest company to deal with. They are very knowledgeable, and have never tried to "up-sell" us on anything. They are prompt, professional, and very courteous. Jessica was our latest encounter, and we found her to be very friendly, knowledgeable and very personable. A true credit to this company. We have used Control Tech for 7 years. They replaced the air conditioner in our old home and have now replaced 2 air conditioners and a furnace in our new home. We also use them to maintain both systems. The ownership and employees are wonderful to work with and the work they do is the highest quality. You can’t find more experience in central Indiana. We can’t say enough about what a great company this is and how much trust we have in them. Highly recommend to everyone!

Matt was wonderful to work with. He explained everything about the Lennox system, it's warranty, the installation, all rebates, and even offered and brought over a standby AC we could use until the new one was installed. He followed up afterward making sure we knew he filed our rebate info. Very friendly, professional and easy to work with! So far, ( one week) everything has worked just fine. Time will tell how steadfast the equipment will be. We bought the 10 year extended labor warranty and will make sure we service it every year. I never give anyone 5 stars...but for the pre-delivery Matt comes close.

Control Tech has been servicing our HVAC needs for several years now and we’ve known the family who owns them since moving to Zionsville. Great family owned business who hire top notch folks! They come in and get the job done with no hassle and no mess. You hardly even know they were there! We’ve even used their sister company to have our ducts cleaned out! Great service all around!!!
