Very polite and professional service.Josh, the technician showed up on time, communicated his time of arrival before he showed up, was fast, prompt, polite and very clean. Even took the time to tidy the floor before he left. I was very happy and will 100% use them again!

We've been using Mr Kwik for 9.years, and they have consistently sent quality techs to help us. Today was no different. Reggie was very considerate and thorough, and my dog liked him, which is always a good sign. My only complaint is not with the techs, but with the company's new push to sell me more every time they send anyone. If you actually read these, Mr Kwik, please know that if I want duct cleaning or more insulation, I'll call you.

Brent was awesome! He actually tested my system first and found the root cause of why it wasn't working instead of just trying to sell me a new system. He knew what he was talking about and helped me find what would work best for my home. Very professional and friendly. I will be using these guys moving forward for my HVAC needs.

I recently signed up for the SHAPE program. Two technicians, Gordon and Branson, came separately today. The first, Gordon repaired my toilet and inspected my plumbing system. Branson thoroughly inspected my A/C and heating system. Both were pleasant and professional. I'm feeling grateful for Mr. Quik and SHAPE... it's a good investment.

I'm giving a 1 because zero is not an option. We had them out multiple times to address a sewage smell in our house. The first time they said it was our AC unit that was causing the smell. The second time they told us we probably had mold in our ventilation system and sold us a Rheem halo. None of this solved the problem because it was our plumbing. Everytime they came out it was something different and they would just jump to conclusions instead od actually identifying the problem. The last time they came out was a few days ago and we basically had to point the problem out to the plumber which then quoted us 11,000 to fix the issue. We declined this because we have already let them swindle us out of 13,000. They are crooks, they charge a ridiculous amount of money for there services and can't seem to fix the problem. We had another company come out and give us a quote in which they pointed out many more problems that the plumber from Mr quick didn't even address and still gave us a way lower price. I wouldn't recommend Mr quick to my worst enemy. 0/10 do not let them rob you as well.

If I could give -5 stars I would. Why? Recently my parents were due for annual maintenance of their air conditioning system for which they had a contract with Mr. Quik. Their tech, Teaki Whitlow, came out to provide the service. After his "evaluation" we were shown a picture on his phone of a a/c coil completely covered in ice. Why would he show a picture rather than the actual coil? He claimed it was theirs and the entire system needed replaced. He said he would research what would work for them and provide an estimate which he did do the next day. He found three different systems ranging from $10,000 - $12,000. Since their a/c seemed to be working just fine and was keeping their condo as comfortable as ever, my dad, even at 86 years old and in failing health, had sense enough to want a second opinion. We contacted Kirby Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc in Pittsboro. They sent a tech that very day. He found nothing wrong with my parents' a/c. He stated that if the coil was indeed covered in ice an a/c system, while it would still work, would not be capable of producing enough cold air to cool off even just one tiny room. He did not even charge them for coming out. It should also be noted that over these couple days, Mr. Whitlow was pressuring us via email and text saying we had better act very soon as pricing was sure to go up if we delayed too long.
A few days later I went to the Mr. Quik facility to lodge a formal complaint. I spoke with, Jordan, who assured me Mr. Whitlow's actions were not common practice within Mr. Quik. . She also stated Mr. Quik takes such accusations seriously and the matter would be thoroughly investigated and we would be told of the results. It has been over two weeks. Not a word back from them.
Since Mr. Quik has had no response to one of their employees trying fleece an elderly customer on a fixed income of at least $10,000 for work that was not needed what are we to think? Maybe it's not "common practice." Even if not, their lack of concern and response leads me to the opinion that they don't care if it is being done.
We no longer do business with Mr. Quik. We have contracted with Kirby for future service.
A complaint will be filed with the BBB and every other organization I can think of. Especially ones that are watchdogs for senior citizens.
