Brent is an absolute pleasure to work with! Very professional, informative, helpful, friendly and not pushy with anything. He made sure I understood all of the in, outs and options for the work I was having done, all the while never being rushed to get through everything. I could not recommend him, or Mr. Quick enough!

I have had a couple of very unfortunate events happen in close succession but Mr Quick and their technicians were FANTASTIC. The first technicians Justin and Josh were relentless in making sure I was taken care of when the full sewer line needed replaced. Then there was David who paid me a late Sat night visit regarding my furnace. Even with the unfortunate news he had to deliver to me, he was gracious and did what he could to ensure I could get a replacement furnace taken care of. I feel very fortunate for having chosen Mr Quick to help me and can’t thank all of the employees and technicians enough for such fantastic service!!!!

Reggie showed up on time and was very professional, kind, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. Mister Qwik is lucky to have him as an employee. He answered ALL my questions and was very precise.

Reggie had great interpersonal skills and also never got annoyed by my very hyper dog - he embraced him which really meant a lot.

The video that Reggie sent me was amazing and much needed. Impressive.

It was a pleasure to use Mr Quik for my heating issue at my home. Brent was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and an overall great guy. He took the time to explain the issue and how to get it resolved. He also gave me various tips and tricks on how to handle the smaller maintenance items myself and save money. Overall, it was a great experience and Brent made it happen!

We had Richard out to access our AC today. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had it fixed within 40 minutes of arriving. He was professional and personable. Offered other services as well and we won't hesitate to call him and or Mr. Quik!

We recently purchased a new HVAC system through Mr Quick. Since installation, we had issues w it not cooling properly. Tony and Isaiah eventually came and diagnosed the issue. Once they did their thing, the AC is working great. They were able to tell me what was going on and were able to resolve the issue for me. Mr Quicks technicians are very nice and professional.

Casey was our rep and he was great. Very thorough inspection of the ducts— even got a video of the whole thing from his perspective as he checked it out, which was awesome! Very nice guy and extremely helpful. Couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. 👍🏼

I’m so happy to have worked with this company. It was a very cold day when my furnace went out and they went over and beyond to supply some heaters while the worked. 10/10 recommended

I would 100% recommend them to anyone! We have to get an entire new A/C system which is NOT cheap. Brent did not rush or push us to make a decision but gave us every bit of information needed to make the decision. Every thing was talked through so we felt like we were in the know about everything. They are highly recommended.
