Our repairman did a great job of clearing a partial drain blockage. I'm always nervous at how much plumbing will cost but the 99 dollar special they had took care of our problem. He was also very informative when we asked him questions.

Josh, and the team, everyone from dispatch to tech was professional, courtesy, informative, helpful, and extremely pleasant to work with.

Josh did the full camera for my drainage problem, went over the video with us, explained exactly what was going on. He then was great with giving options, not just "you need to do this" and explained all the pros and cons.

They came out to give an estimate for a new water heater. The tech was professional but the quote was more than DOUBLE what every other place had quoted us. Absolutely ridiculous prices. Who in their right mind would pay almost $5000 for a 40-50 gallon water heater?!

The guys were great, professional and very courteous. Did an excellent job. I will definitely call Mr Quick again if I have any other problems.

Came out, wanted to charge me $5 to $600 dollars, on a fix. The part cost $20 bucks online. Same part, the labor takes 10 minutes at the most…. What in the world. 👍 great service.

I VERY HIGHLY recommend the wonderful people at Mr. Quik! My mother had just finished her radiation treatments for cancer and was still doing chemo when her hot water went out. Turns out she needed a new water heater. The professional and COMPASSIONATE people from Mr. Quik came out immediately and answered our prayers. Some companies just care about profits and charges, but not the people at Mr. Quik! They worked it all out with us and helped us when other companies probably would have walked away. All I can say is THANK YOU to the owner AND to the angel who came out to do the estimate AS WELL AS the installer. My mother was able to have a hot bath and peace of mind after all that radiation and pain. But it was the true compassion that really was the most impactful and astonishing thing, to see that there are good people and good companies still out there.
