Drake Grimm came to provide maintenance services and was meticulous.

We had some questions and he fully answered them.

Drake was knowledgeable, professional and patient. We truly appreciate the service he provided.

We had issues with our kitchen sink doing a slow drain and altogether stopped draining, we tried clearing the clog ourselves but had no luck and finally called Mister Quik. We got a drain cleaning service appointment very quickly! Everyone from the first phone call all through the service appointment was so nice and helped answered our questions! It only took an hour and everything is back to normal with our kitchen drain and works great! We wished we would’ve called them much sooner and but so thankful for the quick quality of the service we got and for the price as well!!!

The tech who came out was polite and professional. He put a lot of work into the quotes he estimates and I respect the quality of service for a free estimate. I ended up not using the service due to financial reasons. They’re quote was extremely high compared to other companies so I will have to continue to shop around.

They ROBBED ME!!! Mr. Quik are crooks. Cost $3,555.95 just to install two 100amp main breakers and install 4 copper grounding rods. THEY DID NOT FIX MY PROBLEM!!!! Outside power line was broke and was sending in 240volts in the house!!! Mr. Quik Damaged the wall in installation. Left ground wires above ground. Did a sloppy job like an amateur. Wanted $10,000 to rewire the whole place with new breaker boxes. Duke energy fixed my problem for FREE!!!!!
NOT worth any where near $3000!!!

SHORT STORY: DISHONEST, UNETHICAL, NEGLECTFUL

LONG STORY: Plumber Bobby Phillips from Mr. Quik came to fix my leak spreading on the floor. This was the last appointment of their day. THERE WERE NO OTHER LEAKS ON ARRIVAL.

By the time Mr. Quik left, there were 2 additional leaks! One which created a plumbing emergency. Following creating more damage, Bobby Phillips from Mr. Quik told me he would not turn my water off and then left. They created additional false leaks which many plumber later was purposely created. The cartridge on the shower knob had been taken out and not correctly replaced. Thankfully for SERIOUSLY 24/7 plumbing who practiced honestly, efficiently, and was detail/oriented my house was not flooded by damage Mr. Quik caused.

Stay away!!!

Richard L. was very professional, did a great job with my AC check up. He was very thorough and explained everything he did. I've had some bad experiences with other business in the same field but Mr. Quick has been great.

Robert the tech came to my house. Professional and took care of all my needs in 1 visit. When you have a service rep that comes to your home you want to he able to trust the guy that was here was honestly one of the best electricians he knew his stuff was quick very reasonable prices and got it done right the first time. I highly recommend this company

Richard and Haley were consummate professionals. They both introduced themselves upon entering the house and explained everything that they were going to be looking at. Once the maintenance was completed Richard showed my a video he made of everything that was completed in the house. Richard then explained to be in a down to earth /easy to understand preventive steps we can take to have our unit work more effective.

I would highly recommend Mr. Quick and more importantly Richard and Haley to do work on mine or my family's hearing and cooling.

Isaac from Mister Quik was a breath of fresh air! After waiting months for local electricians to get back with us, we called Mister Quik and they came out the same day. Isaac was responsive, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. We couldn’t have been happier with the seamless home inspection. Would highly recommend.

Very quick to send someone out (less than 24 hours from my phone call). Isaac did an excellent job inspecting our electric after a power surge/lightning strike. He kept us informed on what he was doing the entire way. I also like the online/digital capabilities of this company. Will definitely use again if needed in the future.
