I call Mr. Quik when I can’t wait. They cost more but usually get there faster than anyone else with their fleet. On this occasion they told me between 10 and 11 am when I called with a leaking spigot at 8:43, but they didn’t arrive until the afternoon. I thought I had broken the valve and the leak was continuous so it was concerning not to see a plumber until 3ish, but Tom eventually explained that the leak was only with the water on. The frost proof spigot had been left attached to the hose through the winter by the previous owner, and trapped water burst the connecting pipe between the outside handle and inside valve. It cost over 900 to replace, which seems high to me, but at least I feel better that I didn’t break anything, and the frost free design kept water from leaking continuously even with the handle off.

I was extremely impressed with mister Quik and the exceptional service they provided. I made a call and in less than 2 hours a tech was at my house. My service tech, Michael Dagon, then walked me through the process and had my problem fixed in less than an hour. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

Technician came out to look at the air conditioner. Told me that it was bad and needed to be fixed at a cost of between $9000-$12000. Did not explain how they arrived at that diagnosis. Called a friend who connected me with another company for a second opinion and they came out a couple days later. They quickly saw it was the capacitor which they replaced and the system ran smoothly as a result. Simple fix for any professional who knows what they’re doing. Mr Quick consult cost me $89, enough to know I do not ever want to work with them again!

Mr. Demetrius Young was so kind. He showed me the video and explained exactly what I needed to have done for the longevity of my air conditioner. I felt confident I was in good hands with him, and Mr. Quick, the company he was proud to represent! I am absolutely sure I will continue to have Mr. Quick for all my air conditioning and heating needs. Thank you

Brad arrived exactly on time. If not even a few minutes early! He was incredibly respectful and courteous. He went out of his way to check my furnace as well as my AC. He walked me through what he was doing the whole time because I wanted to learn. He was able to identify a different problem I didn’t even know I had. He fixed my AC unit quickly know exactly what as wrong. I was so impressed with him I even got their yearly inspection package! Worth it!

My 67 year old mother has been without air in her home for 9 straight days. Her insurance company has been giving her the runaround which is completely ridiculous and unacceptable!! I called Mr. Quik and they sent a technician out same day. I am grateful for the quick response and timely arrival. THIS is how you do business. Thank you so much for taking care of her

I wanted to start this review off with the absolute PRAISE for Robert, who we dealt with in person. He did a great job, and if it was based on this alone, we would have 5 stars on this review. That being said, the pricing for Mr. QUIK was over double other quotes. I don’t think installing two fans should cost $1500, so I made sure that it didn’t. Look, this company is very nice, I love the technician tracker link they sent out, but I just don’t have the ability to spend what they quoted.

Having your AC go out on one of the hottest days of the year is never a pleasant experience. The tech, Isiah, was great. He took his time a got it working again. The fix itself stung on the price but it was way better than needing a new unit.

Steve and Austin were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were prompt, caring, efficient, and profressional. I could not have had a better experience. They solved my problem and had everything fixed in record time.

Phone operators were professional and friendly. I called at 6pm and had a repairman for my AC by 9am the next day. And the technician, Reggie, was also professional and great to work with. I don’t love the upsell offers, but other than that, extremely satisfied.
