Chris Clayborn was our technician. He was on time. He quickly discovered the problem and fixed it. He was very polite and professional. He explained a lot to me. This man deserves a raise.

Mr. Quik was able to get a tech out to us before our scheduled appointment time, which was great. When David arrived, he was polite and professional. He went over a breakdown of what he was looking for and checking on within our HVAC system and gave me a reasonable quote and recommendations for the next steps. We will most definitely be using Mr. Quik for our HVAC needs, and will be requesting David Johnson as our service tech moving forward.

The technicians were very professional. I appreciate them for respecting my home by covering their shoes. They were quick and efficient with the service that was provided I appreciate them taking the time to explain to me exactly what services that were rendered koodles Mr. quick I look forward to using your service again.

David was very friendly and was able to answer all my questions and explained everything he did and why. That made it easy for me to understand. He did so much to try to fix my ac unit considering it is ancient from 1995. I would recommend him to anyone who needed HVAC service without a dought. Mr Quik who came to my home demonstrated Good quality, good value, Professional, Respectful and on time. His first intent was to check for sediment in my hot water tank. Gordon was thorough in his work. Additionally, Gordon checked each toilet in the house and each sink and faucet pipes.

Set up a (much needed) routine maintenance check, & come to find out, we needed a new set up/cleaning. Which is to be expected given the age of our furnace/system (10-12 years old.) Bradly Roe was very professional, honest, & friendly. He explained everything he was doing, what he was looking for, and how certain things work, etc. He answered all of our questions in an efficient manner. Now everything is set & scheduled. I feel like we made a great investment & decision on the house, as well as our family. Thank you! 😊

Michael did a fantastic job unclogging our sink drain! Very fast and reasonable cost. I’d highly recommend to anyone.

*UPDATE* (7/4/23): I had another company come out for a 2nd opinion. Reggie with Mr Quik was right when he told me that the capacitor on my a/c was failing. However, Mr Quik quoted $631 dollars to replace it and the other company did it for $395. (THAT'S 236 DOLLARS!!!!!) Reggie wasn't given a break down of parts and labor in that quote. The other company probably wasn't the cheapest, but i trust them because they've done awesome work on my roof for a reasonable price. This makes me regret using Mr Quik to clean my ductwork last year. I bet i could have had it done for half of the $792 they charged me. I'm changing from 3 stars to 1 star. When i get taken advantage of, i do not give more than 1 star. And make no mistake, this is a company review, not a technician review!

Reggie was great, which is why I'm giving 3 stars instead of 1. But every time Mr Quik comes out, they quote thousands of dollars worth of work that needs done. They came out to do the routine maintenance on my a/c. I'm not sure what was done other than looking for other stuff that needed done. He pointed out how dirty my ductwork was and how inferior a rotobrush cleaning was, which is why he was recommending a fancy new way that costs over $1000. They are the ones that cleaned my ductwork last year and they used a rotobrush. That cost me $792. When they did the routine maintenance on my furnace, the same upsell thing happened. When my garbage disposal went out, they quoted $730 for the low end option. A disposal is $150 and takes 15-30 minutes to replace. There comes a point when the cost doesn't justify what you get, no matter how fantastic the customer service (which is apparently why their prices are so high). Unfortunately, that is where we are now. We just can't afford Mr Quik.

While a little more expensive than I had expected, the technician was professional, showed up within 20 minutes of the window (with a call an hour before hand), and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right and saved a separate technician from coming out. Given the amount of time he spent on the repair and that I’m sure he did it in a quarter of the time I would have, well worth the unexpected cost and I will be using Mister Quik again!
