They were able to replace my furnace and AC in two days. Extremely fast and very reasonably priced. It was for our air bnb with guests and they really pulled through!

Our tech was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He even scooped out a clogged gutter as a courtesy without me asking. He just saw a need and helped out and told me later. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

This is our second time using Bone Dry Heating and Cooling––both times were above average experiences! Our 25 year old furnace needed to be replaced due to a few expensive parts finally breaking. Mike was able to come that same afternoon to diagnose and give estimates. He was very thorough while explaining the different price points per unit and we felt as if they had extremely competitive pricing for the quality of units.

We ended up replacing the furnace, AC unit, humidifier and added the UV air purifier at the same time. Mike, Jerry and Jordan came over first thing on Monday morning to get started. I work from home with an office right next to the utility room – they were all very respectful of the space and went above and beyond to keep the floors clean as they had to trek through our yard between the units multiple times.

Overall, Mike, Jerry and Jordan were GREAT – they’re all super knowledgeable and professional and made the whole experience as reassuring as possible. Not to mention, we are confident we’ll save money on future utility bills because of our more efficient and appropriate unit that they suggested for the size of our home. We already notice such a huge difference in noise reduction and air quality. Overall, 5/5 stars and highly recommend their services!

I called Bone Dry to look at a noise and smell coming from our furnace. When Mike arrived he quickly realized the noise was from our furnace, but the smell was actually from our water heater, which had started leaking overnight.

Mike was extremely helpful and professional and was able to both repair our furnace and replace the water heater by the end of the day. Our water heater was larger than a standard size, so he went to great lengths to get the new unit quickly. Considering it was February, going too long without heat or hot water would have been a major problem, so the fast turnaround was greatly appreciated!

Josh and Mike did a great job in repairing my furnace. I called late in the afternoon one day and they were able to make it out the next morning. The quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair in leas than an hour. This allowed me to make it to a previously scheduled appointment on time. Ben scheduled my repair promptly, and Josh and Jordan did an excellent job replacing my evaporator coil. Technician offered some information on something to try with broken heater to avoid a service call. He then came out and assessed the situation. He could have proceeded to order the necessary part and replace it at full price but he alerted us to the fact that it was still under warranty and if we had the original installer do the work we could get the warranty price. Bone Dry is very honest like that and we appreciate that.

During the initial inspection they found issues from the original builder install & corrected them in the process including improper duct size, ventilation issues being bare or below minimum code & more. They provided this in their updated estimate up front so we could decide if we wanted it corrected to save us headache & money later down the road. They went above & beyond during the entire install.
