Great service and team. I requested an appointment online and the call no more than 5 min later and it was after 5pm! Can on time and called before, Isaac was great explaining what was being done and giving recommendations based of the electrical he found.

Jackson was very professional and very thorough on his inspection. Explained the process of how things were going to be taken care of and as well noticed a few other things that should be looked at. Very quick scheduling. Overall very good experience so far.

The technician (J.R. Smith) that came to our house was very professional. J.R. was truly honest and very detailed with all of his answers to our many questions. My wife and I were extremely pleased and very happy with the service performed by J.R. We would recommend him to anyone.

We are new to our house and we know there are going to be issues with the HVAC but a surprise water heater issue popped up. They were so quick to get our hot water back on and walked us thru their knowledge of what we have currently and how we could upgrade items, what kind of plans would make sense and were extremely personable.

Drew was fantastic! He was so respectful, professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything to us as he went along. He didn’t hold back on everything that was wrong but he did so in such a professional way. We even signed up for the membership they offer because we were so impressed and look forward to working with them again soon!

Damaged my perfectly fine compressor instead of cleaning my ducts, and tried to sell me hard on a $20k full system. When confronted they actually start threatening. 🤯
They really should pick up the $15k bill for my new system - that I did not need before their visit! I had another great company fix it. As soon as I told them what happened, he goes "was it Mister Quik?" Go figure!

Brent with Quik was personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He was able to facilitate a conversation with our home warranty service to gain an approval for necessary repairs, and to clearly demonstrate his findings so that we as homeowners feel we understand the state of our system.

The visit was overall a pleasant experience; we have yet to make a decision on how we will move forward, but left feeling informed and trust we were given a fair assessment of the facts as opposed to an appeal to a hard sell.

Isaiah Dobbins was the serviceman. His courteous and friendly manner put me at ease immediately. And he made sure I understood everything before he left. We discovered I am living near his "old stomping grounds", which lead to some lively banter 😀. Isaiah is a great representative for your company! Thank you.

Isaiah was wonderful! How many stars can we give him? All that are available is what he deserves. He was polite and explained everything he was doing. He made suggestions as to how our our system can work better and cleaner. He was a pleasure to have in our home. Mr. Quik is lucky to have Isaiah Dobbins as their employee and representative.

Casey was awesome! Very kind and helped us out so much! So happy our vents will be cleaned and we can breathe! Highly recommend!
