I've just finished doing business with Mr. Quik for a completely new AC unit, thermostat, the works. The first technician, Brent, arrived very promptly after our call to the company that morning. Brent was kind, courteous and completely professional. He gave us many options for replacement on our system and thoroughly reviewed each system He recommended to us without trying to upsell me on something I didn't need. Brent told us the installation team would be there the next day(memorial day) at 8:30 am. The team showed up around 8:10 and proceeded to put an entirely new system into my home in less than five hours. All the time being courteous, well spoken and very knowledgeable about their trade. I couldn't have asked for a better experience from anyone. Brent was great, and the installation team of Mikey and Marcus were incredible and deserve raises.True professionals through and through. I'll certainly be using and recommending this company for quite some time.

Robert made great suggestions on duct cleaning for the house. He also showed me his video of my outdoor AC unit. If all your technicians were as nice as he was I might consider staying with Mr quick as a shape customer.

Yesterday we had Bill Goul who came to check on the furnace gas valve. He was very professional, very experienced. Went above and beyond to thoroughly explain what is going on. By the time he was done we felt very confident in what he said, and in the work he has done. Mr. Quick is very lucky to have such an expert like Bill. He is very honest, trustworthy and pretty much saved the day. Because of Bill, Mr. Quick is going to be our to go to guy.

Brent was our assigned technician. He responded quickly and on time. During his inspection he took the time to explain everything concern he found with are old furnace and AC unit.

After deciding to replace both units, Brent went through serval options they would be perfect for my household. He explained in great detail the products, services, and warranties on all models, so we could make an informed decision.

Brent was able to get us scheduled the follow day for installation. Brent is great representation Mr. Quik and I will continue to use them for future household needs.

Richard was our technician. He did a great job! He was thorough, explained everything he did, showed me the video of his findings and he answered all my questions. He also cleaned up after he finished. I was very pleased with his professionalism!

I had to replace my a/c a few years ago on a 100+ day. I paid for the speedy response, but they were able to get a unit in on vary short notice so I consider it worth it. Some of the techs are of questionable experience, but if you get a choice then Cameron is awesome.

Richard was on time and very professional in dress and manner. Friendly too! Very impressed with Mr. Quik! Also had AC repaired recently. Being able to track where service man is and when they'll arrive is wonderful!

This company is absolutely freaking amazing! They stepped up and went above and beyond to help with with electrical and plumbing issues post water line leak and offered pretty good financing for our home as well. They are priced very fair and the staff is kind, professional, and communicative. I will no longer use anyone else for anything that they cover.

Excellent company. Cameron Carroll did a great job performing annual preventative maintenance on my air conditioning unit. She was very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. I am a member with Mr. Quick, and have always used them for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC needs. Every technician in my experience has been great, not one bad experience with this company. Rich came out to help with my burst pipes and he was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The plumbing techs that came later that day were able to resolve my plumbing issues the same day, for which I was very thankful. I also updated my furnace and the HVAC techs that handled that were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Isaiah came out on 4/11/23 for an AC tune up and did a fantastic job!
