Curtis has been nothing but cordial and professional on the two occasions he has been out to fix our leaking bath tub. And I've been very impressed with Summers' responsiveness and proactive communication.

Earlier this year we had a catastrophic plumbing failure while we were out of town, leading to 188,000 gallons of water running through our home. Our furnace and water heater were totaled, ductwork filled with water, and the entire house plumbing damaged and compromised.

Summers was there within 12 hours to assess the damage and come up with an action plan to take care of us and get us back home as soon as possible. While there were some delays with insurance, and it took a while to ultimately get things started, the Summers crews were checking on me every week to make sure we had what we needed and they were ready to go right away.

Curtis took the lead on the plumbing, and Andrew led the team getting our HVAC and ductwork in top shape. I can't say enough good things about either of them. They were considerate, intelligent, patient, experienced, and efficient. They completed the work to the highest possible standard, and despite the disaster that had befallen us, added significant value to our home in the end.

The crews they brought out were every bit as talented and hard working as they were. I wish I caught everyone's names, but Kyle, Alex, Taylor, and the others were all top, top professionals.

Curtis, Andrew, and the dispatcher (Anna) all worked very closely with me to make sure we had everything we needed to submit to insurance and get paid. When insurance had corrections or clarifications, they were immediately receptive and went above and beyond. My wife and I trusted them with our home in a very hard time, and they exceeded our highest expectations, making us feel safe and in good hands.

I'm writing to recommend Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling. They recently replaced my nearly 19 year old furnace with a brand new inverter, duel-fuel heat pump HVAC system. It is state of the art and they did an absolutely fantastic job replacing my old one and really helping me understand how my new one works. I was so pleased I went ahead with a new tankless water heater to replace my old one which was also about to go. Elijah Burgoon was wonderful with explaining all my options and helping me make an informed decision. Curtis was great with the tankless heater install and Rob and David were nice as can be while installing my new HVAC. Summers has been tremendous since I moved to Bloomington. I can't recommend them enough. Courteous and kind from the workers to the folks on the phone!

We are extremely pleased with our new high-efficiency heat pump. Elijah did our initial consultation. He is incredibly knowledgeable about all things HVAC and was very patient and thorough answering all of our questions. We really connected in our passion for energy efficiency and sustainability. Elijah was accessible and attentive throughout the decision-making process all the way through installation. He followed up after the installation to ensure all was configured correctly and running smoothly and to answer any more questions we might have. The heat pump has made the house more comfortable already and in checking our electricity consumption I can already see that the electricity usage has decreased significantly, even in colder temps. Taylor was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient when he came to replace our toilet He gave us great advice for our garbage disposal and leaky sink, as well. We have always had good experiences with Summers.
