We had an excellent experience with using this company. They dispatched a plumber out who went above and beyond to help us solve everything. All the way from helping contact the restoration team to get water pumped out to the very end of it. They try to keep you with the same person throughout, and that made everything smooth. Curtis was there through it all, and was very knowledgeable and informative. We a had a major problem with our pipes and sewage, but the team was able to fix us up. Thank you Curtis and the plumbing team!

Eli was great. He was very knowledgeable and gladly answered all my questions. He helped us find the right furnace and heat pump system and orchestrated the process very well.

Curtis provided an excellent and professional repair on our broken shower faucet, which had caused a leak into the basement below. He explained the repair well, worked efficiently, and was patient and attentive in answering my questions. I felt like I was in good hands, and we'll continue using Summers in the future. April, 2023: I'm updating my review to include our most recent services from Summers: installation of a new water heater and furnace, as well as a duct cleaning. Elijah was our point person in planning the upgrades, and he was incredibly responsive and thorough in explaining every aspect of the options, the equipment, and the process. I also want to thank the installers, Rob, David, and Travis, who got the job done both expediently and attentively. Everyone I've talked to at Summers clearly takes pride in their work, and their genuine care for the safety and longevity of my home (and the family that lives in it) puts me at ease. We have a century old home and major upgrades like these are always a big investment and therefore nerve-wracking, but I truly feel like we were guided well, and I feel very confident that this was a good investment.

Taylor came to our house today to do our inspection. He was timely and professional. We always have a good experience with Summers.

Elijah Burgoon was professional, friendly and very informative about our previous services as well as the current AC inspection. Now our AC is running to factory standards after recommended parts and tune-ups were installed. Thanks!

My Wife and I had a toilet back up due to our children placing objects in the bowl and flushing. We called Summers after hours and Curtis Lowder did a great job fixing the problem. I would recommend Summers because of their promptness and knowledge.

Elijah is incredibly knowledgeable regarding anything HVAC. He explained why our system is out of date and why modern heat pump systems are better. We could tell that he truly cares about customers and won't oversell just for the sake of a bottom line. Highly recommended!
