Elijah is very knowledgeable and has always been honest with us. We appreciate his diligence to solving and fixing our HVAC issues.

Taylor was our plumbing technician. He was on time, respectful of our home. He did a thorough inspection and explained everything so I could understand. He was knowledgeable and very nice and personable.

A huge shout out to Curtis Lowder of Summers Heating & Cooling. After seeking multiple Water Heater quotes from multiple sources, I decided to go with Summers. Curtis was very professional, knowledgeable and attentive to how I wanted my 2 new heaters installed. We also took the opportunity of installing a home water descaler. Summers worked as a team to ensure all parts were at my home on time for the work to be completed in a matter of hours. He worked through lunch to complete the job. Cleaned up the mess and left the work area spotless!
The only thing I didn’t care for is the fact that in order to get a better price on your install I had to join Summers’ annual maintenance program, at $16.99 a month, by doing that I saved $358. If I hadn’t I would have paid $562 more for the work. That’s a company issue and does not take away from the great work that Curtis Lowder provided me on this job. Thank you Curtis for all the great quality work and experience you bring to the table in the plumbing industry, Summers is lucky to have you on their team. Best of luck on all your future endeavors.

First off I wanna say that Andrew Hay was very knowledgeable when he came to quote me on a new unit, very professional and was very helpful finding what works best for me, he was very engaging talking over the plan, also I used summers before and I like they way they handle business, they take care of the problem and very reasonable they take care of there customers definitely. So for the experience I've had with them, I got there service plan and they will be my company, definitely I will be using them for my upgrade in hvac and all plumbing maintenance. Good job to the whole team and how they conduct there business, and for the owner they spoke highly of you, and good job running a good reliable business with good techs and showing them how you want it done. Also like to say thanks to Curtis I now got the marble vanity top installed, he did a good job and he was careful how he put it on and made sure it was sealed in every place thanks it looks good, he definitely went the extra mile.

These gentleman were polite, efficient, well-mannered, knowledgeable and professional. I am so pleased with the systems themselves and quality of the installation. I have used Summers of Bloomington for over a year now. So far they have installed a water softener, hooked up dishwasher with new water lines, installed gas lines for W/D & garage heater, and also some hose bibbs. Shout out to Curtis for providing his best work every time. I’m sure there are other great plumbers at Summers, but Curtis is the only one I request by name.
