Taylor came by today and walked us through the entire process of what we would need to do to fix our toilet after a bad set up with our contractor when our house was built.

I greatly appreciated his knowledge and giving us our options.

Chris Wilhite performed a furnace check up for me. He was polite, quick, and helpful. When I asked about getting an air purifier installed, he was able to get it done the same day. I would definitely recommend Chris and Summers.

Curtis Lowder was great and fixed a valve on our water heater that was leaking very fast, professionally and was very polite. Would 100% recommend Summers and Curtis to a friend and I will be using this company in the future.

Curtis came out fast as possible on a Friday night and fixed the main water line and got us signed up for maintenance on our home system.

There was a question as to whether thermo expansion valve (TXV) was bad. I sought a second opinion from a contractor recommended by the unit manufacturer, Armor Air. Armor Air told us the compressor was bad and tried to sell us a new unit for $19k. I called Summers and they sent Eli Burgoon to inspect the unit. A number of problems Armor Air left behind were found. 1) The disconnect was left in the off position. 2) The compressor was left unplugged. 3) The fan mount screws were left loose.

Summers did not charge me for the two visits Eli made to our home. Both visits were done on short notice on busy days.

Chris was very professional, and very thorough and his explanation of the condition of my furnace and air conditioner. Would definitely love to have Chris back on my next maintenance call

Received very professional service with Eli. Unfortunately I will no longer maintain my maintain e contract due to increase in price and not a yearly contract. Have been satisfied with the service but will no longer be on a maintenance schedule with your company.
