Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling

Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling has been great for us! We had a pipe burst and they sent someone out immediately to help! They were wonderful with expediting the repairs and setting us up with remediation. We then enrolled with their bi-annual maintenance service (highly recommend) which led us to the discovery, via the exceptional Elijah Burgoon, that our heat pump wasn’t functioning properly and that our thermostat was faulty. Elijah was absolutely fantastic in explaining the deficiencies with our heat pump set-up and with the installation of a new filtration system as well as a new, efficient, smart thermostat. Elijah’s expertise is extraordinary. His work is painstakingly precise, and he takes time to explain everything he does. He’s meticulous and honest and obviously quite skilled at his craft. Elijah clearly is not just a technician but a leader in his field. And everyone else at Summers has also been EXEMPLARY!

Elijah came to our house to service our HVAC system and give a quote for replacement. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond informing us and guiding us with what we needed! I would highly recommend using Summers and requesting Elijah!

Ok so I don't usually leave reviews but in this case I had to. We had another group look at our air conditioning because it wasn't working. They gave us a long list of problems and mind you this unit was not old. Something didn't feel right so we called Summers. Long story short, Elijah from Summers came through looked at the unit and confirmed the other guys tried to scam us! Five minutes later the unit was up and running! Elijah came through and saved the day. Would def recommend!

Elijah B was very knowledgeable and professional. Had a new heat pump installed. New unit is nice and works great. I agreed to the monthly maintenance program but was hoping to pay for it all i once. I would rather have the option of paying all up front. I will cancel this ‘subscription’ soon.
