Elijah was great to stop by today, and took a ton of time to very carefully explain an important, safety related matter that was really important to deal with immediately.

So appreciated the detail, and relevance of his informed recommendations, and I find it easy to recommend him, and his company.

Taylor came out to check our water heater we thought was leaking. Turns out it's not as bad as we thought, simple fix. He was honest and professional. Every time we call Summers we have a great experience with knowledgable people.

We had a full hvac geothermal checkup done by Elijah Burgeon today, he has been checking and maintaining our system since 3 years and we could not be happier. Elijah is simply the best!
He was on time, very professional and courteous.
He did a very thorough job at inspecting every detail of our HVAC system, pointed out issues and went the extra mile explaining everything and more to us

Taylor did a great job sharing about the condition of our home's plumbing during today's service call. He was very thorough and the report he provided was a helpful summary of recommended repairs/updates.

We sprung a leak at 1st floor tub (only leaked when water turned on) over Memorial Day weekend. Our now-former plumbing company didn't even answer phone calls so Tues. a.m. called Summers instead. They had a full schedule but Alex was here an hour or so later and fixed the problem in no time. He was so very nice, professional, thorough and informative. After fixing the leak issue I thought of another issue we'd had with sump pump & its alarm, and Alex was right on the trail to that issue as well and, again, took care of it.
And 36 hours after putting in service/estimate request to now-former plumber we've still not heard back from them. Don't waste your time or money on Paul Young. Call Summers!

Chris provided an amazing experience today! I had a few questions regarding a loan and him and Eli provided clear answers that exceeded my expectations. No other company provides the service and professionalism like Summers does! Thanks again Chris!!

Curtis was awesome! He installed our new water softener and did a great job. Curtis, Danny, and Travis then came back and did excellent work installing new faucets and a shower in our master bathroom. We would highly recommend their services.

The team was amazing and fulfilled all our needs for the project! It was a pretty large one, but they were professional and understanding each step of the way. Andrew, Kyle, David, Rob, Curtis, and Deandre did great work, and I could not be happier! Every part was perfect.

Elijah did a great job explaining our new system, and took us through the whole process. Summers is great to work with. The only thing we don't like is the monthly service agreement, we would much rather keep the yearly plan.

Curtis was great in communicating with us on our water heater issues. After waiting on a warranty part, he arrived quickly and helped us address another unexpected issue. He was great and appreciate his responsiveness!
