Kenny walked through some checks for us to do and was able to get to our house after we were without heat for 12 hours.

He was efficient and friendly. He talked me through what he was doing and helped explain certain things to look for if the same issues came up again.

Very thankful for this company and repairman in their flexibility to help service a home that's out of their normal coverage area.

I was very fortunate in selecting Magtech to install a humidifier on one of my furnaces. I had heard very good things about them previously from neighbors. Everything was smooth from start to finish. Prior to arriving at my home, the installer/technician, Sam called in advance to make sure that the timeframe he was coming was still A good time to arrive. When he showed up at the door ready to go to work he already had on a pair of booties covering his work shoes. I asked him if he needed a hand carrying anything in, and he Thanked me for the offer but said he would be OK without my assistance. This gentleman did an outstanding job on the installation. Everything he did was neat and workmanlike, and he cleaned up any trash that he had and removed it with him. I’ve been in the trades for 40+ years and know a good installation when I see one. This was exceptional, and I would recommend this company to anybody, and everybody. Thanks again Sam it was a pleasure having you work in my home.

So happy with this company!!! We just switched from another company and so far have been blown away by the service. Very thorough HVAC cleaning and maintenance. They go over everything with you so you understand what was done. We needed a repair and we got a very timely appointment. Repairs done quickly and well explained!! We are switching out a faulty water heater to a tankless system and I couldn’t be happier with the time everyone spent going over prices and choices with me. I plan on signing up for the maintenance plan this spring with the next cleaning so we will always have this business involved in our upkeep and maintenance of the HVAC, water heater and humidifiers.
