Kenny is absolutely amazing. Thorough, professional, knowledgeable. He gave me his cell # after the initial call because he suspected the unit might still have issues after replacing a part that had blown but we couldn’t really test for it because I had painters in the house and all the air returns were covered up with tarps. When I saw condensation building on the furnace and texted him he immediately called & talked me through what to do then said he’d get out to the house either late Friday or early Sat to fix it. I feel so reassured that he’s taking care of it.

I usually don’t post reviews but Magtek did a fantastic job installing our Trane air conditioner. Installers arrived at scheduled time. Installers were knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant! Air conditioner runs like a charm!

Fantastic Service! Paul called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He arrived when he said he would and listened to my issue with my electric pool heater. Paul didn’t waste any time and took care of my pool heater for me. What a group of professionals! I will call Magtek Mechanical again without question.

We dropped a company that we had become unhappy with. I called a company (of royalty) that I received a flyer in the mail from. We only needed a yearly cleaning of the furnace. The guy barely looked at the furnace and then tells me we need a new furnace ASAP--it was a great danger to us, heat exchanger badly rusted and could crack at any time. Salesman came out that night to decide what we would need (yikes, $11,000)! I knew we needed a second opinion. A friend recommended Magtek. Kenny was our tech and he was able to come out the day I called. He inspected the furnace 1000 times better than that first tech. He actually took it apart! He found that the burners were extremely rusted. So rusted that they looked like no one had cleaned them in the 14 years we had the furnace even though we have had it serviced every year. He did his best to clean them but recommended we order new ones which he picked up and installed the next day. The furnace is now running great! Kenny explained everything to us, he was very professional and knowledgeable. We are so glad we now have a company we can trust and we will use them for future maintenance on our furnace and air conditioner!!!!

We called magtek because our central air conditioner had stopped producing cold air. We scheduled online and our tech Kenny called, to say that he was on his way. As we talked about the specifics about what was happening with the ac system he seemed to know what was wrong. And as far as the repair went he was correct with the diagnosis. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. We will not hesitate to call them when needed in the future.

John was my Service Tech and did an outstanding job. He was prompt with timing of service, friendly, and knowledgeable in all areas of the service performed. I was so impressed I switched my yearly maintenance service to Magtek. Would highly recommend magtek to anyone with hvac issues & maintenance.

I called this morning, and they sent someone to my house in 2 hours. Kenny was very knowledgeable and professional. He fixed the problem and explained what he was doing as he did the repair.
