We needed to have some work done to get our heating system up and running before the winter hit this year. I have to say, from start to finish everything went phenomenally and we couldn't be more pleased with our HVAC service experience!

Erin in the office was wonderful in helping to get us scheduled as soon as humanly possible. We then had Johnny come out to quote out the job for us. He provided us with all the answers to any questions we had, illustrating a clear and educated understanding of the field. On the day of install shortly thereafter, Sam arrived promptly and the job was performed complete in no time at all! He had a friendly demeanor and provided superior service! Darryl helped out with the original quote, as well as a revised quote for some work we ended up not needing done after all. The pricing is reasonable everyone at Magtek was responsive and we really appreciated that!

Amazing company to do business with! They helped us troubleshoot our problem over the phone on a weekend. Then, they spent so much time assessing our air conditioner and furnace in person, and walked us step by step through all of our options for repairing or replacing. When we ultimately decided to go with a whole new system, they were so quick to install both. Everyone we spoke to was kind, courteous, and professional. Can’t recommend them enough!
