I had an issue with water leaking from my furnace humidifier. I contacted MagTek and spoke directly with Erinn. She was very kind and was able to get a technician out the same day. Kenny the technician was very attentive, rectified the issue, and even gave me some tips regarding my air filter and humidifier filters. Would definitely recommend MagTek for all your HVAC needs!
