AC wasn’t working on the first hot day of the year. I called Magtec and they came out first thing the next day. My AC was leaking Freon and the starter was dead. He told me about my choices and didn’t push or scare me into replacing my unit. No pressure at all. I would highly recommend Magtec

Couldn’t be more pleased with Magtek! Darryl was on time and very helpful with his quote and options offered. My installers Dan and Keith did an absolute beautiful job on every aspect of the install. I replaced a 35 year old furnace and A/C unit and they replaced almost everything! The sheet metal work was perfect and the new electric box was definitely needed (all part of the original quote). No extra costs and I did take advantage of the 0% financing. The Thermostat is way better than my Nest also.

We recently got our HVAC system installed with brand new duct work through Magtek Mechanical. They were not the lowest price we received, but provided the most detailed quote and Darrel was very responsive and accommodating. We are extremely satisfied with their quality of work. The three installers, Sam, Keith, and Dan were very professional and knowledgeable. They put the extra effort in to keep my attic clean, neat, and accessible since this is our main source of storage. We would recommend them to others and will likely use them for preventative maintenance work in the future.

At 630 on a Friday night, we realized that our furnace wasn't working. The temperature outside is getting close to 0 so we were quite nervous. I called the emergency number and within 10 minutes I received a call from Darryl. After telling him about the problem, we decided to have him come out. He was here about 20 minutes later. He was able to get the problem fixed within minutes. He explained what happened and suggested a cleaning, which I will call to schedule next week. Even though he was here after hours, the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Darryl and Magtek!

Wonderfully polite technicians. Honest and transparent about repairs, giving the home owner the option to fix if not 100% necessary. Would highly recommend to anyone that likes prompt, courteous and respectful service on their home.

Made an appointment for a furnace and AC replacement, and the tech was a half hour late with no call. However, he completely redeemed himself during the visit with some good feedback and recommendations. He spent over an hour thoroughly assessing my needs and discussing options and explaining the equipment. At this point I was impressed.
However, I did not receive the quote as promised. Followed up with a phone call and never received a call back. Magtek had come recommended from a friend and if their price was right they would have gotten the job. Instead it was a waste of my time and theirs.

I am very impressed with Magtech. They responded quickly to my request for help with an a/c issue. Darryl was very professional and helpful in his email and quoted me a very reasonable price. Sam, the technician, was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. I seldom write online reviews but this experience was first rate. I highly recommend Magtek.
