Magtek Mechanical Heating & Cooling

We have had Magtek out for other unique HVAC problems that other companies could not solve. This experience was no different, and Dan did a great job replacing our exhaust vent to the roof. We did need to wait a few weeks for them to come out, and various scheduling issues, but at the end of the day, they do quality work that was worth the wait.

My AC stopped working when it was 100 outside!! I called Magtek and a technician was out within 15 min and had my AC fixed in 20 min!! They are always so prompt and nice.

I had an outstanding experience today when Magtek replaced my HVAC system. Dan and Keith arrived on time, explained everything and they were incredibly polite and professional. They left my basement even cleaner than when they arrived. On a rating from 1-10, I'd rate them a 25! I highly recommend Magtek!

Bought a new home which has 2 AC units and 2 Furnaces which are aging and all over 20 years old. Called several heating & cooling companies for proposals to replace all untis. Magtek’s proposal was extremely competitive. Not only did they beat the competition, but they also upgraded my thermostats and installed correct items, which were not included in the scope of work at no additional charge. Magtek was extremely meticulous about the installation and very professional.
Moving forward, I will use Magtek for all my heating & cooling needs. Further, Magtek staff is very trustworthy and easy to work. I have nothing but good things to say about their owner/President, staff, and service employees. Everyone I dealt with was professional and trustworthy. Extremely pleased with the installation of the furnaces and AC units. Magtek's owner/president even came to my home during the installation of the furnace and ac units. If you need service or an estimate, it would be in your best interest to obtain an estimate from Magtek. In today's marketplace it is hard to find a company that operates such as Magtek. Their customer service and staff are awesome. They also offer industry standard warranties on their labor and products. I am very pleased with their services thus far. Again, I only trust this company to work on my heating & cooling. Magtek had to re-work an item which was installed by another heating & cooling company as it was not installed correctly. So happy I used them for my HVAC and AC needs.

UPDATE: All heating & cooling components have been installed. To date, I have had zero issues with the products as the installation by Magtek was excellent. This company knows what they are doing. Again, do yourself a favor and call them for a proposal.

I have a split unit that we had replaced. Paul from Magtek previously tried to repair it but since it is an older unit it was not repairable. Paul was very professional every time he came to my house. He explained things to me and went above and beyond! I would definitely recommend this business and would like to thank Paul for his professionalism and guidance on the maintenance I need to do to get the most out of this unit!

Magtek just finished a full replacement of my HVAC equipment and corrected a number of existing air duct issues. Darryl carefully evaluated our system identifying where improvements needed to be made and put together a great package of equipment. Our new system now works perfectly. Darryl and his guys do great work. I highly recommended Magtek!
