Lindemann Chimney Heating & Cooling

I had Lindemann come out and quote a repair on our leaking metal chimney cap. Tyler inspected the chimney inside and outside, showed pictures of the existing failing parts, and recommended replacement of the cap and shrouds. The replacement parts were ordered and custom manufactured to fit. Tyler and Brad came back out for the installation and did a great job. I was very impressed with their professionalism and quality of work and would highly recommend Lindemann.

Service of our furnace was completed efficiently. Service tech was on time and friendly. He did come to the door with a mask or have one on him. He seemed surprised that asked him to wear one. I don’t know his vaccination status or if he even is vaccinated and therefore believe he should have had one handier than back in the truck.

The men that serviced our fireplace as well as our AC units were very professional, friendly and polite, highly recommend!

I called Lindemann Chimney after I had heavy rain entering my chimney during a storm recently and falling onto the gas logs in my fireplace. This had happened before, so I decided I needed my chimney inspected. The company sent Shaun P. to my house and after his inspection, he told me I would benefit from a new damper. He explained that this damper's improved technology (my old one was 30 years old) would keep water, animals, and insects out of my fireplace much more effectively. After the installation, Shaun patiently showed me how to use it. There hasn't been another heavy rain since to really test this damper, but I can say that I already notice how much quieter it is sitting near the fireplace. I can't hear the wind! I feel very positive about Lindemann's professional service and hopeful that my water problem is solved.

Lindemann's always does a great job cleaning my fireplace; I've been using them for years! they are thorough and never tell me I need something if I don't.....in fact, when I DID think I had a problem with my fireplace, they found a simple solution with no added costs.

Recently, I had an urgent situation with regard to my heating situation. I called Lindemann's and although they were booked for the next couple of weeks, they sent someone out within two hours. He was exceedingly professional, competent, and polite. He could not immediately fix the problem, but then sent a colleague the next morning to fix the problem. Highly recommended!
