Lindemann Chimney Heating & Cooling

We've had problems with condensation from our higher efficiency heater over the past couple years. Constant water dripping. After numerous calls to the furnace installer and plumbers we contacted Lindemann. Eric diagnosed the problem within a couple minutes and scheduled the repair work. It's no longer a problem. Great solution. Great work. And definitely worth more than 5 stars.

I had a wonderful experience with Lindemann and would highly recommend them. I had been having problems with a damper that was not closing completely. I had other fireplace companies come to my home without being able to fix the issue. When Rob from Lindemann arrived, he was able to fix it right away. Installed a wall fireplace to replace a very old one that was here when we bought the house. It was a challenge to fit the new into the old space, but they did an excellent job and left everything in great condition. They came back the next day to clean a smudge on the glass and check it all over. Their customer service is A+ and everyone that we have dealt with has been so friendly. We trust them to provide an honest appraisal of situations and will continue to be a happy customer.

The guys were on time. They explained the procedure to me, showing before and after pictures. They had all the materials they needed and were very efficient, completing the work well ahead of time. They didn't leave any materials behind.
All Lindemann's staff from the technicians to the person who answers the phone are very welcoming, curteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Lindemann.

A very nice technician came out and inspected our chimneys. No cleaning was done -just an inspection- for $350. They recommended many thousands of dollars worth of updates are required for our masonry from 2005

We have boiler hot water heat so our options are limited for people to call. We had an after hours issue getting water back into our system and Thomas returned our call right away and helped us through it. He went above and beyond - no question. Great customer service by Luca. He did a thorough cleaning and walked through operating our new fireplace. He came back several months later and repaired our Chimeny cap and grouted our firebox. Exceptional work!! Would highly recommend!
