Professional,on time,courteous, explained everything they were doing educated me on procedures. As a retired Fire Battalion Chief (Chicago)was impressed with their technicians being National Fire Protection Association and OSHA 10 certified and the fact that they train other fireplace and chimney companies nation wide they are definitely the gold standard also had them do my HVAC as well had same experience highly recommend they are a bit higher price wise but cost is offset for quality and piece of mind.

I cannot say enough good things about Lindemann. A different company looked at my AC unit earlier in the day and told me a handful of things wrong with it and that I'd need a new unit. I decided to get a second opinion when some of the things they told me didn't add up. A neighbor suggested Lindemann and they were amazing. It's hotter than hell in Chicago right now and they sent someone over (Stephen, who was *lovely*) within an hour or two to look at everything and answer every question I had. Their whole team operated with kindness and patience during what I'm sure is a very busy season. Really can't say enough nice things about them.
