Austin was great, on time & polite. Did a great job, so glad I can depend on Lindemann.

Luca was great! Knowledgeable, respectful and explained everything clearly. If we didn't have to suddenly replace our furnace, our chimney/fireplace work would happen now, however, we will definitely be using Lindemann in the future when we are ready.

This is my second home and my second time using Lindemann Chimney and I can't say enough good things about this company and their employees. I really can't understand why these guys are in the 4.5 to 4.7 star rating range? I personally think they should be at a straight 5. Had Kent out to do a cleaning and mentioned to him some cracks that had formed where mortar once was and that my gas burner was slumping (common) a bit. He addressed all my concerns really over and above what I expected. He's even addressing a warranty issue that I recognized and he agreed was an issue. From setting up the appointment to completion of the job everyone at Lindemann has been friendly, outgoing, and professional. All the above is the reason I return to Lindemann year after year. Sorry that the free firewood isn't still part of the deal, but during these times I get it. Will be contacting them in the spring for a cleaning. Thanks Lindemann, I feel safe and secure in lighting a fire for my wife this season that we'll both enjoy.

Raul was outstanding. Being over 75, he was so patient with us, taking his time to answer all our questions and demonstrating each step to insure we understood.

Our service man Kyle showed up promptly at our scheduled time and was very friendly. After examining our chimney He explained in detail the positives of the condition of our chimney and what needed to be done. He was extremely careful about protecting the floor route to our chimney and clean up afterward. I highly recommend requesting Kyle for any service needed from Lindemann chummiest!

Eric was very good. Took extra care with cleanliness and took extra time to clean the chimney as it had been awhile since we had it cleaned. The inspection pointed out problems we were not aware of. Over all a great job was done. We will be using the service again!
